RBL Bank — wrong amount charged | |||||
I have received a call from the RBL Bank to provide me a platinum Super Card free of Cost. I was denying to take the card but customer care told me it is absolutely free for first year and having a maximum facilities to you. After receiving the card I have not used it But after some time I have received a phone massage to pay an amount of Rs.1178.82 stating that "Your RBL Bank Credit Card Account No.xxxx xxxx xxxx 0947 bill of Rs.1178.82 with due date 03.04.2018 has been sent. I request you to cancel this card, as I have no need of this card because your statement is found fake, regarding not to issue any amount against this card.
