Rbl credit card team Again at 6:20pm your executive ms. Poonam call and ask the same irritated question what problem is in bill? Again same history i have repeat as usual like doing from the month of march 2017, and as expected from your use less team same answer the concern has forwarded to concern team they will call you back and update the status. Hell!!! Your executive told me that i have to pay 23114/- but not able to tell me why,? & the bifurcation. From last four month you people send me bill of having negative amount and i am asking every time what should i have to pay please tell me otherwise you people will ask all amount on the same time see same thing happen. So for your kind information i am not going to pay any late fees and interest charges. And tell me amount to be pay in installment., as this is because of your people ignorance not me.
