From past 3 months RBL bank is not resolving my complain. I have applied for loan and initially I was told there is No Loan against my Credit card. Hence I asked them not to process the Loan. Based on there feedback I used my credit credit card and Took loan somewhere else. Now after 1 day I found that money was credited to my Account. I immediately asked them to cancel the Loan and take it back. That is something they Denied from customer service, I followed there grievances addressable system but still now no help. I paid Rs 5000 processing fee and Interest for 2 months now, in another 2 days this month interest also i have to pay. I am bearing this for no use as i already took money.
I requested them to waive off the processing charge and the interest for 3 months and close the loan as there is no fault of mine. I am attaching the details
I request to waive of the processing charge and 3 months interest and than close the loan on principal amount with a compensation for the harassments and false promise from customer service department.
