I am complaining one month back via phone & email id regarding wrong statement generated by rbl bank, also i have done complain to customer care of rbl representative. I am still awaited for any response after several verbal & written request. When the same credit card has been issued to me, it was life time free, why charge has being added in my statement, also costumer care representative has assured me to wave /remove this from my bill generated.
Therefore again and again you are requested to remove the same charges on urgent basis, kindly do not try to cheat with your customers.
