RBL Bank — xpress cash of rs.54000 was debited in my credit card but not credited in my bank account

I have opted xpress cash from rbl credit card, amount was debited same day on my credit card but not credited to my bank account.
It was already 3days up, still no response from bank. Need immediate action to be taken.
They have also debited processing fee and gst on me card. Is this the way they deal with customers?. I need my amount to be credited to my account or call my xpress cash on credit.
