Sachin desai (Rbl employee) called a friend of mine who has to pay his credit card bill. My friend was calmly telling him, by tomorrow he will clear the dues but sachin desai didn't agree with him and started abusing my friend. He used the words "harami" and "chutiya" a lot to address his customer. His tone was disrespectful. He also commented about my friend's family.
This is how rbl treats their customers. Even if a customer fails to pay his bill, due to some emergency, then too he doesn't deserve abusive words and disrespectful tones. Specially when he is saying that he will clear his dues by tomorrow.
