Rbl Credit Card — Every month they are charging interest of 2000/- extra

Dear Sir,

A few months back, I got a call for RBL and without my full approval then have issued a credit card, I spend only 6, 000/- and for 2 months I am paying 2400/- ad EMI but they are just increasing the amount every month now the total payable bill is 13500/- and they call continuously as if I have committed a crime. No leverage was given for corona or anything.

Please help me.
