Hi Team,
As per the confirmation, new request is again generated to track my concern, sending the email on this request # 25607082 .
This is reference to the request # 25607082 and other older request#[protected]which was closed ) and regarding my supercard ending with *******9964 and A/C No : [protected] which was raised as the commitment mentioned in the RBL website and which was told to me before applying this card is not being adhered to.
I have been chasing your representative but of no use as they are adhering to my concern, they are saying me to drop email to to respective DL.
Below is the details of the same where i already tried to reach your team
I have raised a query on a transaction of 50, 000 at Yashoda Healthcare, Secunderebad.
I called the representatives several times to confirm if I can pay this in 3 months (EMI) and based on the confirmation and assurance mentioned by your previous representative while applying for the card and on the arrival of the card the same amount can be paid in 3 month EMI with 100% interest cashback.
Below is the link and screenshot which was shared to me before applying the card also mentions the same
