Rbl — harassment from collection agents

The collection dept of rbl bank using very abusing languages with me.#[protected] due to financial issue i was not able to pay and requested 1 week of time, but the collection team called and started abusing me very vulgarily, bcz of that i am mentally depressed, i have paid the amt and that lady must make an apology or bank must take an severe action on the employee
