It is hereby intimated that my father Shri Vishram Tripathi had invested a sum of Rs 20, 000/- (Rupees Twenty thousand only) in Golden Projects Ltd in 1999 as under : - (a) Our Allotment Letter No 99/121290, Issue Date 13 Jan 1999, ST No JN99-784/777786 ST Date 12 Jan 1999 & A/C No. GLA121290 Maturity Rs 10, 000/- Maturity value Rs 30, 000 Enrolment No 1124358 (b) Our Allotment Letter No 99/121289, Issue Date 13 Jan 1999, ST No JN99-784/777786 ST Date 12 Jan 1999 & A/C No. GLA121289 Maturity Rs 10, 000/- Maturity value Rs 30, 000 Enrolment No 1124358 However, after expiry of more than 09 years, we haven’t received any amount or any type of intimation from the company. In view of the same, may I request you to please initiate necessary action against the company and resolve our economic hardship at the earliest.
