Realme — Realme Smart TV 43 Inch | |||||
I had made a complaint about my Realme Smart TV 43 Inch (bought on 18-Oct-2020 through Flipkart with 1 year warrant on TV and 2 years warranty on Panel, I had also bought extended warranty of 2 years) on 10-Oct-2021 which was showing vertical flickering lines. I was told a technician would visit within 2-3 working days, the same timeline committed was breached and I had to call again. The technician visited and mentioned that there is a problem with the panel of this TV and everyone who has bought this TV has the same issue. The panel would be replaced within 1 week. He gave me a phone number where I needed to call for replacement after one week but no one is picking up that number. I called customer care, they mentioned company has rolled out a policy to replace all such 43 inch Smart TVs of Realme due to manufacturing fault and I would receive a new TV by 4th November 2021, which doesn't have the same problem and it is fixed. The same has been also breached and called back again the customer care support[protected] on 8th November but they are now saying that the company has some logistics issue and they cannot give a timeline.
