[Resolved] Realme — Today dlivered me realme x2pro new phone but dead phone

Was order realmex2pro on 27june 2020 and today on 2july 2020 delivered to me but dead phone delivered to me and no response to costumer center call on call and bad service also from service center also there was say me call online to replace your phone why? I am say that given to me new phone not repair phone. I was pay money 31999/-
