Realme — TV Service issue | |
Raised an issue with my Realme 43 inch TV on July 27th and the Jeeves technician visited my home then left by saying that the panel issue and it has to be replaced. Later they closed my ticket without resolving it. Again Aug 17th I raised, another Jeeves technician visited and told me the same thing. So I followed up with Realme, they always say wait for some time. All of the sudden, some days ago Realme sent 24 7 around technician and they also visited my home and took the picture of my TV then left. I called 24 7 around but they don't have any information because they are 3rd party. On Sep 24th I raised a consumer complaint[protected], the next day I got a call from the senior and he promised me within 3 days my issue will be resolved but no updates till now.
