          Misbehave by driver

          Hi, We have booked Red Taxi on Sunday and faced very bad experience with driver. He behaved very harshly / rudely with us and he raised his hands twice on me and throwing money even we were in very kind talking. My old Parents and 12 years son were with me and all were depressed much. Unfortunately one Police came and warned him for his activity and advised us to raise complaint against him on his behavior. Then i have informed all the details...

          On 20/8/22 cab was booked fir 21:8/22
          5.00 am ( to railway station)
          At 4.50 am when ascertained they informed that there are no vehicles nearby and not arranged and read on was booked in app
          Forced to arrange privately paying additional amount to catch the train thus playing havoc with time and mind
          They should revamp their attitude or else stop activity

          This is highly objectionable
          Same thing happened in 19/6/22 as well

            At cbe Airport booked through the counter. Since I had bigger luggage they said they will book Etios. Waited for 20 mins the person who came to pick Brough smaller cab and did not take my luggage. Such a bad behaviour from Red taxi. Never ever take the cab. Ola is better...

              I booked red taxi cab on 3/8/22 from RS Puram to varapalayam, the cab number is TN66Y2638, the driver tried to take us via mettupalayam road which is actually the long route but we stood with the actual route( idayarpalayam route ) since it was Noon time there was very less traffic as well, but he insisted to go via mettupalaym route ( bridge is under construction), when we said no to it, he started talking rude without respect, my father was just discharged from the hospital after a surgery and I took him in this cab, though I mentioned the scenario he was not quite. I told him please drop us somewhere, I ll pay you but please don’t make us tensed, I said this, because we were not in the position to listen all those rude words . He refused that as well . Till the destination he was talking like as if he was offering a free ride. I have been using the red taxi since from 2016, this is the worst ever experience. He is not at all eligible for this work .

                I had taken a vehicle from vadavalli to kalady. Kerala. On 24.07.2022 vide booking id . Cra24o7p9umuo8- i had requested your staff ms. Fathima while booking, that, i need new vehicle, as i am a sr. Citizen. Even after my several requests, they had sent an old vehicle, with poor shock absorbers and poor ac .
                I was unable to get the person over phone, on 25.07.22 even after 3 calls . When they came on line, they told a different name and, when i had informed i will submit a feedback, they revieled the original name.
                Because of the poor quality of the vehicle, i got severe body pain and back sprain.
                I never expected these type of behaviours from red taxi group.

                    I have booked for my travel in Red Taxi, from Vignesh Empire Flats, Salai Road Extn. Woraiyur, to SRM Hotel, Race course Road, khajamalai, vide Booking ID No.TB0307FDW2YOB ob 03.07.22 at 06.30 pm. We have boarded the vehicle, exactly at 06.30 pm. But the driver came earlier, which is not our mistake. But vide the Invoice No.DT[protected], waiting charge of Rs.25 for 16 mts collected by driver. This excess collected should be refunded by them

                                I have been using red taxi for the last 2 years . I have never faced any discomfort until this incident. I didnt have my mobile in hand during the incident.I booked an cab for early morning 5.15 am the previous night. The cab arrived by 5 am . We had few luggages and we loaded them by 5.20 .Three elderly people were about to travel. My grandfather couldn't walk and so we requested the driver to move the car so that we will have some space to get him into the car comfortably. When my grandfather with an walk stick came . He refused to load the walk stick into the car . After explaining that it's foldable he seems ok .He where he stared asking questions like "will you load luggage and also take people if it's your own car". I politely replied "I would have, since I dont own a car i have hired a cab" . Out of no where he stared shouting in the top voice that I was humiliating him as he is a cab driver and told to cancel the ride . I was trying to convince him that I didn't have any intention to humiliate him . But he was just shouting like something. When I told ok i will cancel and stared to unload . He stared to threaten stating that he will not move anywhere and will not allow any other red taxi drivers to give us a pickup. He also started questioning my parents on their parenting and literally shamed them for raising me . My parents and grandparents parents didn't want to mess things and and was trying to convince him as it was too early in the morning and it was difficult to get another cab without pre booking.Just in the gap of 2 mins when I went to bring my mobile . The diver was convinced and acted as if it was his favour to pick us . If the driver is not willing to offer a ride . All that he has to do is to cancel the ride. He could have also called red taxi to solve the dispute. But who is he to question on parenting and threaten to interrupt other ride ? Just because it was too early in the morning and we didn't even have our mobiles we were out of words to defend . I have never faced such rude behaviour from anyone. I request red taxi to take strict action on such drivers.

                                  Today I booked a redtaxi to 100km pickup and drop running time to 100km is2.5 hour total hours pick-up and drop is 4 hours the rest 1.5 hour is waiting period after dropping me the bill for total trip they calculate for 1.5 hour they charged first redtaxi told sir 1 hour is free then we will charge after every hour in my case they lying how to resolve my problem?...
