Good morning.This is satheesh from vellalore.i have booked a vehicle by yesterday night 11.35pm[protected] need vehicle by[protected]pm and received the confirmation message also but vehicle is not come proper time so miss out train.who bare my ticket cost??second thing when called your customer care that time some guys discussing inside collegue some bad words so irritating this is not good good service...

      as my brother booked a cab trip from vadambacherry to athipalaya privu and paid advance of 1000 earlier . at the end of drive they asked to pay extra amount than in the drive amount. and now im here to request a refund of extra amount as he cant do anything at that time.

          I have been using red taxi for the last 2 years . I have never faced any discomfort until this incident. I didnt have my mobile in hand during the incident.I booked an cab for early morning 5.15 am the previous night. The cab arrived by 5 am . We had few luggages and we loaded them by 5.20 .Three elderly people were about to travel. My grandfather couldn't walk and so we requested the driver to move the car so that we will have some space to get him into the car comfortably. When my grandfather with an walk stick came . He refused to load the walk stick into the car . After explaining that it's foldable he seems ok .He where he stared asking questions like "will you load luggage and also take people if it's your own car". I politely replied "I would have, since I dont own a car i have hired a cab" . Out of no where he stared shouting in the top voice that I was humiliating him as he is a cab driver and told to cancel the ride . I was trying to convince him that I didn't have any intention to humiliate him . But he was just shouting like something. When I told ok i will cancel and stared to unload . He stared to threaten stating that he will not move anywhere and will not allow any other red taxi drivers to give us a pickup. He also started questioning my parents on their parenting and literally shamed them for raising me . My parents and grandparents parents didn't want to mess things and and was trying to convince him as it was too early in the morning and it was difficult to get another cab without pre booking.Just in the gap of 2 mins when I went to bring my mobile . The diver was convinced and acted as if it was his favour to pick us . If the driver is not willing to offer a ride . All that he has to do is to cancel the ride. He could have also called red taxi to solve the dispute. But who is he to question on parenting and threaten to interrupt other ride ? Just because it was too early in the morning and we didn't even have our mobiles we were out of words to defend . I have never faced such rude behaviour from anyone. I request red taxi to take strict action on such drivers.

                Hi My contact number is [protected]. I have been a regular customer of Red taxi.

                On 04/04/2022, I booked a Red-taxi ride for my guests who was new to the city. The trip was from my home (Periyakenaru. ammapet) to salem new bustand which is typically ~8kms and usually changed ~Rs.150

                I confirmed with the driver that he knows the route to new bustand before the trip starts. The issue was, after the trip started he asked my guests if they knew the route to new bustand when they said "No", he bluffed some execuses e.g. This route there will be more school autos and took long by-pass route which eventually get charged Rs.288

                First of all, when he knows the route, why he asked my guests whether they knew the route?
                Why he didnt inform the route will be longer and it will be charged extra?

                After seeing the fare, when I called him and salem -Red taxi office, he bluffed some reasons and ensured he would pay me cashback of Rs.150 because of his mistake. But his number is not reachable post that.

                I would need the cashback and I dont want to encourage this behavior. Moreover it gives wrong impression to "Red Taxi" and I & my relatives have to stop using it if I dont get the expected solution for this.

                  Booked cab on april 1st 2022 from perundurai new bus stand to sipcot . charged 433 Rs for 5 km. While booking, cab was near me and so I booked. Now you people telling it was because of out of city. I didnt call driver from next district.

                  if this is your point, then you can cheat customers by parking cabs out of city. i need justice. either refund of over charge or equivalent coupon required.

                      We booked a cab 2 hours before but they cancel ride in last minute we call the customer care there in no proper answer regarding this issue what will the customer do when they cancel the ride in last minute, very worst service in trichy.

                        We had booked a xylo cab for travel on 13/02/22 at 10 am. Reg ID SA13027KG1PUF
                        On the 13th the cab didn’t show up even after pickup time. And there was no information either. Only when called several times the company had courtesy to reply they couldn’t provide vehicle. It has caused immense stress to us. What a service. People in public service need to be more professional at least if not courteous.

                          Dear sir/madam,

                          Yesterday (07.02.2022 11am), Near Perur Bus stand I was walking with my 7 year old boy.
                          One Rad-taxi was coming near me and slightly hit my legs.
                          \Suddenly I pull back my child. The vehicle No. is TN38CE0408,
                          I just asked the driver, he simply replied 'nothing happened right', surprised
                          I was with a child walking on the road side and hit the vehicle with me when I asked.
                          He started using bad words and also he is telling whatever you can do it like.

                          I Hope Redtaxi should cancel this vehicle contract and punish him.
                          This type of vehicle driver will definitely be caught soon by the police through someone.

                          Kindly reply to this mail about action taken on this particular vehicle by you,
                          if not replied I will approach some other govt bodies about this vehicle.

                            I travelled in go taxi cab. The cab driver told me je had a previous pickup where he dropped 4 people at hospital, out of which 2 were tested covid positive. The cab must have not sanitized. From that night, i was not well and now tested for covid positive.

                              Till now I have been regularly booking red taxi from Erode to Coimbatore & again Coimbatore to Erode more than 20 times in red taxi..but the driver in this vehicle no TN33BQ9506 is very very poor in service..

                              He doesn't opt expected service and I have cancelled the cab because of his rude behaviour..

                              I have never ever seen such drivers in red taxi..

                              Because of this drivers rude character, Am never going to book further in red taxi..

                              U lost a customer because of this driver.

                              Thank you for your valuable service..Pls continue this kind of attitude to retain customers..

                                  I booked red taxi 10-11-21 / 6 .14 am to kuppusamynaidu hospital . My pickup time is 8.25 am . But have not received any msg from your office upto 8.30.i was trying to contact from 8.15 to 8.30 . But no response . So arranged auto . I already informed to send the cab before 8 .30 . It is hospital service . But no response .I missed the dr appointment .

                                    We booked for 2 hours package and went to go my work and shopping. After shopping we were not able to reach his mobile as he was busy for a long time and I had to walk quite some distance to go to the parking and ask him to come to the entrance. And this guy was so rude and told us why do you keep these shopped items in my car? Why don’t you use your own car for these kind of things?
                                    And he was speaking without respect to elderly person and this is so not good. We never had this kinda experience.

                                      Is there any official announcement from red taxi to celebrate ayudha pooja with Sathish Kumar, prem kumar and Dinesh.
                                      I attached the proof of these three members mobile number which provided by the vendor manager Mr.prasana.
                                      This is not fair.
                                      I[censored]r going to celebrate the pooja with vendors you have to initimate with official announcement.
                                      I want to khow one thing,
                                      In Trichy the admin manager is prasana or Sathish kumar.the all important decisions are made by Sathish Kumar is it true ?
