Poor cab service

Sir,

I have booked below booking but very delay more than 20 min for the pick up time cab coming also fare is very high not happy your service

Go Taxi reached 6.21 instead of 6 am booking my train booking time is 6.30 am also Go taxi they cancelled driver is asking me why cancelled it shows your office person not informed to gotaxi above driver

Red Taxi booked came at 6.15 am so am not happy...

On 19.06.2021 i booked cab at 9.00pm to ensure it will arrive at my destination place at 9.30, my booking confirmed too but then call came n one girl said the cab cannot come due to police in our checkpoint. We already called at 8.00pm to check if thr cab will be available after 9.00. They said yes but when booked they said no. They even said E pass is required and too asked double charge for this travel from rangapalayam to railway station. So much of confusion and inconvenience. Please take the action. Kindly return My double charge.

    I am pradees.. last week 30.04.2021 I travelled from Coimbatore(thondamuthoor) to pattiveeranpatti (Dindigul dt) with my wife and grandma.. my wife has pregnent.. during travel time we suffered lots of time..
    First we change the car after singanallor because of driver's continuos sleeping issues..
    Next we travelled another car .. after kosuvapatty the car was accident with another car.. That time...

    On Monday May 3rd my father has got chest pain. The concern driver came to pick up he was very arrogant with my father and mother he said why are you taking this type of physical ill patient at my car. Although he drove to hospital on the way he was scolding us. Now my father has expired the same day due to cardiac arrest. He is also responsible for the mental depression of my father before his death. He doesn't deserve to be a human. Kindly take serious action

Amount for Booking ID (CRB3103EXMFEQL) is Rs 249.08.kindly use the below link to download your invoice "-The actual fare for going to Oppanakara street from Nananani phase 4 Kasthuri Naickenpalayam was Rs. 152/= for the same return destination it cost us ₹ 250/= as the driver was not knowing the route and told us to provide google guide

                Today at around 2.30 pm I was driving my car on NH 47at an average speed of 85 kmph. When I reached the junction after toll plaza on NH 47, your cab came from madukkarai side at a high speed and crossed NH 47 towards Pollachi without slowing down. Shocked on seeing the cab crossing NH47 and reached a few feet away from my car, suddenly I turned my car left side. Fortunately there was no other vehicle on my left side and also some space was available and thus myself and family had a miraculous escape without an accident. I stopped the vehicle and rushed towards your cab when all the general public standing at the junction were shouting at him. I asked him to wait for a minute and came to take my mobile from car to take a photograph of the driver and the cab. But without waiting he drove away the car speedily from the scene. I think the Regn. NO of the cab is 4349. Anyhow please ascertain the correct cab who crossed NH 47 from madukkarai side towards Pollachi at around 2.30 pm and take necessary stern action for the safety of your passengers and the public in general.

                      Ur Red Taxi Vehicle number : TN37WD5738 is taking a U Turn in North Coimbatore signal in a very rash way... He didn't see if any persons or vehicle is standing near by... He is about to corner and bash on me...I stopped and asked him...He is scolding me in a very rudeful way.. He was not wearing any mask... But taking somewhere around 4 to 5 persons in his vehicle...

                      And this Compliant has been made to ur customer service executive Ms. Soundarya already...But no one had called me till now.

                      I want you to take action on him or Iam going to take this compliant to further one step more...

                          I booked Red taxi to travel from the Railway station to Sundarapuram. I was promised that the total charges will be up to Rs 150.The total Km I ride was 9.5 km But I was charged Rs 216. When I called back, no one the booking site could not be reached.Hereafter I will never take Red taxi.

                              Dear Sir, Driver charged extra amount saying Red Taxi network server not working today. Due to that he mentioned malakal kondarpattai instead of ponmalaipatti. So he charged additional amount of Rs 50. Normally from ponmalaipatti to Srirangam us 248 Rs. The same driver charged additional Rs 50 when he picked me from Abhirami hotel trichy central bus stand to ponmalaipatti. Saying same reason. Driver mobile number is [protected]. He cheated me. Please avoid this kind of cheating person. I am not happy with red taxi. I even tried to complain to red taxi contact cell. But they are responding. Please help.

                                  While dropping a customer at pn palayam SNR 2ND STREET AT AROUND 3.50 - 4.00 PM
                                  Due to careless driving damaged my new car parked in front of the gate. The driver was not polite even.
                                  The damage ( scratches on metallic body and tail lamp) caused by the driver should be rectified without fail.
