I have booked through mobile app on 11th jan 2018 evening, to arrange pick up on 5.50am on 12. Jan.2018 from sivanandhapuram to railway station.

Even after 5.50am no response from the operator. When i enquired i got a reply that no cab available.

This is ridiculous and i have run around to find an alternate option. At least the operator could have informed me 1/2hr in advance so that i have enough time to find an alternate option.

    I have booked the cab at lakhmi mill bus stop at 20.30 pm on (Today) 26/12/17 and my booking id is cra[protected] chauffeur number [protected]. Cab came on time but due to heavy traffic i got late by 5 minute but your cab driver could not digest my delay and start to speak very arrogantly also he already started his meter without my knowledge and kept it in the cup holder before i reach. When asked him to show the meter then he stop the vehicle after 500mts and shout on me and made me to got down from the cab. He told me "he will not take me in to my place and left me in a lonely place where i had to walk more than half km for to arrange other source". Past three years continuously i am using the red taxi but such a experience today definitely will think about to take your service also such kind of nonsense rowdy fellow will spoil your reputation.

      When i book taxi as a package of 4hrs, i expect them to calculate the distance and giving proper estimation. If i am going to visit various places in which distance travelled cannot be calculated, i accept that i cannot expect an approximate estimation. When i am going to a fixed place and keep the vehicle in waiting and come back home, distance travelled is fixed. For eg i went to isha and i was told to n fro travel for 4hrs the rate would be rs 1000. I went to the exact spot and came back home. No stopping in between or waiting. No traffic also. So what i travelled was very crisp distance and it was less than 4 hrs.
      I was charged 1225. When i complained about this to customer care, they tell me explained version of package like free distance and charged distance etc. I agree all those. But it is completely unfair to give the approximate estimation as 1000. You can better give the higher end as 1300. But not like this. Or else frankly tell the customer to calculate themselves. Don't give such false estimations. Any customer, may it be literate or illiterate when u give approximate amount, they take it as total charge approximation. Plus or minus rs.100 would be fine. But not like this.
      I tried to explain this to the customer care girl to give proper estimation. But she tells me why don't you calculate yourself. My question is being a reputed taxi service, why don't you give a proper estimation.
      Proposing such a low rate which in which we will never cover the total distance, is unfair.

      If you can't do any of these better convey to the customer that you don't know the estimation or cannot make. It makes sense

        Red taxi is an impressive taxi service, works reasonably well in coimbatore, but in erode where they are operating since the last 6 months, it is exasperating to order a taxi. I live in the heart of the city, have ordered the taxi from my phone and my wife's and from the red taxi app over a hundred times, every time, i need to repeat (And explain in detail) the point of origin and the destination to the operator who is clueless even about the most prominent landmarks in erode, and after this the driver calls, invariably more than once, to ask my location, and he is clueless about the most basic landmarks and prominent streets (There aren't many). I lose breath everytime i order red taxi at erode. The mobile app is also pathetic, with a map that doesn't seem to synchronize between my phone and the driver's. Did red taxi attempt to reinvent the wheel and create its own map that doesn't work? Why can't their telephone system recognize known phone numbers and 'learn' usual locations? Why can't they send a taxi without asking the customer to explain the destinations? I called a taxi recently from the train station, had the same problem, i asked the operator, why do you ask so many questions, why do you want me to tell you the precise location even after i have told you the approximate location, and he refused the booking, i posted it as feedback in the android app, neither red taxi nor android took note of it.

          Today we have to pick coimbutore to utg line adyaar veedhi. So in coimbutore railway station parking red taxi counter we book car he scrolled and told we are not coming and if we need taxi we paid 200rs fixed. Wht is service? It's ur red taxi service. I note is car number tn 66 p 6096. And ur red taxi counter guy also rdue. Pls take action immediately. Otherwise no one respect ur service

            Today have booked a red taxi from location railway station to kovai pudur. The distance covers 10 to 12km and the usually paid amount is 150 to 160 rs
            From the same point today it took 206 rs for the exact same route. Took the long route even i conveyed to took usual one. I guess the driver was drunk
            He was driving like a total maniac, i almost had a panic attack. I felt like smashing this ### then and there. I used to recommend people to go for red taxi.
            This is my first bad experience with red taxi and hopefully last. I will never get on another red taxi nor recommend red taxi to anyone again again.

              The worst service of cab is from you guys. Drivers are from diff places.. They trouble us to guide them, the call an hour before and start troubling for guidance from far places. Few drivers are so rude. Managers are not reachable. If we ask the call centre staffs to connect us to md or the manager they never try to do so. Untrustworthy service. Wish this company closes so that other ppl who are more capable can take up. Worst worst service!

                I was travelling to Ruby Crossing, south Kolkata from Dumdum airport on 03.03.17 between 6 pm to 7 pm in an non prepaid yellow taxi.To my astonishment the Meter reading showed Rs 500 as taxi fare for the distance which barely should be Rs 250. The taxi driver insisted that it was an authentic fare as the cab took a route via Rajarhat.The taxi number was WB04 E7400.Being on way to home after a long tour and burdened with lots...

                Today have booked a red taxi from sihs colony to Hopes Cbe location.. which covers 5 to 6km. And the amount usually paid 100 to 120 rs.. from same point today it took 183 rs 10km. Took the long route even i have conveyed to took esi sakaraisettiyar street but driver denied and took fun mall route which directly a back to Hopes college stop n again directed to location. A person who new to Cbe travelled in cab. I feel this is also a kind of...

                Morning I have seen one Red taxi parked in the NO PARKING AREA and made one accident because of this in Coimbatore.

                I think the driver is drunk and don't know how to driver for him.

                So Red taxi, please ask the driver to be very serious while drive. Otherwise you name will be spoiled fully in the competitive market.

                We never going to Red Taxi at any cause.

                  When took photographs to make a complain he teased by asking will I come in the news papers tomorrow with the photo

                  The entire road was blocked for 15 Mts today in the cross roads near women's center

                    Booked a red taxi. Told the driver twice to drive slowly and watchful for pits and humps because one of the passenger is 5 months pregnant and the pick up was from hospital to home. Bit the driver drove rashly and competing with another red taxi on the way as if like they are racing each other.

                    NOT FAIR AT ALL!! The website says "travel with security" I don't understand what kind of security it is to drive like that when a pregnant patient passenger is sitting inside the car.

                    Careless attitude.. No responsibility..

                    Are these taxi providers doing this to anyone for free? NO! we are paying for what you do right?

                    If I see this kind of attitude any time in future RED TAXI will have to face a serious consequences. Below are the car and Chauffeur details

                      Yesterday around 2.15 pm we boarded to a hotel from our home using Red Taxi Service. The Driver was so harsh right from the beginning. After reaching hotel, n have paid the bill 300/- he has give back 200/- . That he thrown to seat to get it collect by me though he knew i am carrying baby with me. So i closed the door little faster. He came out of car started abusing with words before my family and the hotel staffs..He bullies me to fight talking about my profession and i don't fit the job and i[censored] r a man come for fight before my sisters friends and mother. He speaks an showing off..His motive was to degrade me and he did it purposefully..Red Taxi i[censored] keep on servicing customers with these rude drivers u never come up...Taxi Registration No. TN 37 CF 2929. TAXI ID NO.277. Worst Service ever had..If he cant b professional he should not come for service industry. You can enquire same with M/s Anjappar hotel Gandhipuram regarding the rude behaviour of your staff.

                      I have booked your Red Taxi on 08 Sep 17 at 0800h from Sulur Aero. Your cab didn't reach place of booking by 0830h. I have been trying to call your number [protected] from 0800h to 0830h continuously and it was busy all the time. At last, I got a call back from your side stating that 'sorry for the delay'. I had asked them to cancel my booking as I was very much delayed to reach Coimbatore railway station. Because of you people I have missed my train from Coimbatore. Very pathetic service. Due to this my wife and 3 years old kid has to face difficulties. If you can not provide a vehicle in time please inform the customer well in advance. Do not cheat their trust.

Your drivers are really behaving rude to passengers.this would eventually spoil your brand.. Take a real care on it as competitors have already taken your share in the market.                           Worst Service By Red Taxi Booking ID for 20 Mar 2014 at 18:59 is B[protected] Cab no.0272 chauffeur mobile no. 87xxxxx272 Chauffeur is rude to me; When i said to him that i will make a complaint on you be fore getting down the cab, he dint say nothing:When i walked few distance he said Hey Mr. "Go and complaint"; i know to face: After making Complaint to customer care; they they will call in haf an hour : more than a hour Passed : i posted in this FB post. I have used this service more than 16 times to my knowledge; recently like this issues happened;

                          I have booked a taxi in redtaxi network on 18th may-2016 @ 7:10pm against booking id of RB18053230. Customer care executive confirmed that taxi will be available with in 10 or 15mins for pickup. But vehicle will reach to ou door step by 7:45pm. Exactly 35mins late. In between this delay time, I have called a customer care department once and driver two times. They can't able to say their exact pickup time. They are not doing business for customer satisfaction.

                            Worst Call taxi in Coimbatore

                            I ask for a call taxi for pick and drop and enquired the driver how is the waiting charge, he told me some Rs 16 and I said ok. As the time increased the driver himself changed the plan to day plan. then when I came back he said it has changed to day plan he said Rs 1400 and then after reaching my place, again he called to office then told that the package of 1400 only for hilly areas and not for plain surface and for plain it is 2300 rs...
