No responsibility shown on booking id cra[protected] I have booked through mobile app on 11th jan 2018 evening, to arrange pick up on 5.50am on 12. Jan.2018 from sivanandhapuram to railway station. Even after 5.50am no response from the operator. When i enquired i got a reply that no cab available. This is ridiculous and i have run around to find an alternate option. At least the operator could have informed me 1/2hr in advance so that i have enough time to find an alternate option. Was this information helpful? | |||
