Red Taxi — RUDE BEHAVIOUR OF DRIVER TAXI ID 277 | |
Yesterday around 2.15 pm we boarded to a hotel from our home using Red Taxi Service. The Driver was so harsh right from the beginning. After reaching hotel, n have paid the bill 300/- he has give back 200/- . That he thrown to seat to get it collect by me though he knew i am carrying baby with me. So i closed the door little faster. He came out of car started abusing with words before my family and the hotel staffs..He bullies me to fight talking about my profession and i don't fit the job and i[censored] r a man come for fight before my sisters friends and mother. He speaks an showing off..His motive was to degrade me and he did it purposefully..Red Taxi i[censored] keep on servicing customers with these rude drivers u never come up...Taxi Registration No. TN 37 CF 2929. TAXI ID NO.277.
Worst Service ever had..If he cant b professional he should not come for service industry. You can enquire same with M/s Anjappar hotel Gandhipuram regarding the rude behaviour of your staff.

I have booked your Red Taxi on 08 Sep 17 at 0800h from Sulur Aero. Your cab didn't reach place of booking by 0830h. I have been trying to call your number [protected] from 0800h to 0830h continuously and it was busy all the time. At last, I got a call back from your side stating that 'sorry for the delay'. I had asked them to cancel my booking as I was very much delayed to reach Coimbatore railway station. Because of you people I have missed my train from Coimbatore. Very pathetic service. Due to this my wife and 3 years old kid has to face difficulties. If you can not provide a vehicle in time please inform the customer well in advance. Do not cheat their trust.
