Red Taxi — worst taxi service

I booked a cab through app from gandhipuram to arasur. After booking i called the driver and asked whether he will be able to come to drop location arasur, he told yes and no problem in that. While nearing hopes he called someone and gave the phone to me and the person in the phone told me that i need to pay extra 100 rs. Is this the strategy of red taxi to charge more after getting into the car. So you think that if customer is in car while on the way to drop location i[censored] ask him/her to pay more. Worst taxi service. I asked the same question to the person who spoke to me on call, he abruptly cut the call and driver told me that someother person will call me. I waited for more than 30 mins but i did not any call. After reaching drop location driver did not allow to get down from the car and denied to end the trip until i speak to someother person in office. I waited for more than 15 mins and waiting charge was raising automatically as he denied to end the trip. Trip amount was 400 when he reached the drop location. I gave 500 rs (I. E 400+100) red taxi's strategy way of getting money. I gave 500 and came and he ended the trip as soon as i gave 500. Is this the proper way to deal with customer?
I need that 100 rs back for the below reasons
1. I should be informed before getting into the car that i should pay extra 100
2. Or atleast i should be informed by the driver when i called him and asked whether he will be able to come to drop location
3. On the way i was informed that i am supposed to pay extra 100 and when i asked above quesions he cut the call and i was informed by the driver that they will call me back which i did not even after reaching the drop location
4. Driver did not allow me to get down the car by 10.30 pm without speaking to the person in office. Even after waiting for 15 mins they did not pick the call
5. Driver denied to end the trip even after reaching the drop location and when i accepted to pay extra 500 and gave the driver he immediately ended the trip. Is this the way you treat your customer making to wait at road at 10.30 pm
6. I called the office to report a problem and i told this story after hearing 2 people abruptly cut the call without any response
7. After that one person registered a complain and got a complaint from complaint department and he spoke very rude to me as if i did some mistake.

First thing if a customer is booking a cab crossing the city limit he/she should be notified before that they need to pay extra. If that is not done atleast i should be informed by the driver before getting into the car. Why should i pay extra for your mistakes. If i'm not getting this amount back or proper response thim mail will be posted on all social media.
