I booked for a return journey from madurai to bangalore on 3rd sep 2020. Got an e pass after getting the vehicle no from your office. But the vehicle came in the morning was a different one. E pass was for a different vehicle. The car doesn't have Fast tag.. when I asked the company, they told me to take a new e.pass for this vehicle. The vehicle also run very slowly. How can I return on the same day? At last after discussion, they applied for new e pass. The driver doesn't know Bangalore also. Then i have alternate arrangement with my counterpart at bengaluru, make him to travel up to Hosur and handover my age old mother in the middle road near Hosur as the driver doesn't want to stay and wants to return on the same day. Lot of tension through out the day. I am very upset over all the above issues. I am your regular customer

Because, the vehicle doesn't have fasttsg, i have to pay extra charges for return journey to the tune of over Rs. 300.

    Today (14-march-2020) at 230pm redtaxi cab bearing registration number tn30bp9491 damaged my car bumper. The driver is using mobile phone while driving and hit my car backside. The driver tried to flee away from the spot and started abusing me for his fault. They don't seem to admit their fault even when there is clear evidence of cctv footage

    The red taxi drivers does not have courtesy to apologize and is arguing both the cars are damaged. Why one should pay price for someone's fault.

    This irresponsible rash driving by red taxi driver happened in broad daylight. The red taxi drivers tend to rush even in a crowded road which leads to unnecessary accidents. This incident happened purely due to not following the traffic rules and regulations. Most of the red taxi drivers do not adhere with the traffic rules.

    Only if we avoid these red taxi #, they will adhere to the traffic rules.

        Please kindly ask driver of cab tn 38 cu 8075 not to park his vehicle in front of the gate.. He is parking his vehicle in the night after we go to sleep.. Really it is disturbing and stressful..

        Kindly take action immediately.. Our house is not parking lot area for your house.

          I delay 20 minutes, you drive talked with me very rough and hard, when i get into the car, he got angry and rough talk,

          I said stop the car, its need you red taxi office and c1 police station, i take video, you driver, through my tap of rs 25000, its not broken, i went to the police station, he said to give complaints, i am not interested to give complaints

          I went to your go taxi office, i talked with mr rajesh (Your team leader) coordinate with me,

          I kindly requesting not to keep like this driver, see my booking this year i have booked 100 trip my one booked

            Hi,

            Complaint regarding tn38ct3263 395 taxi, from coimbatore aravind eye hospital to airport signal, we are moving towards the airport signal inch by inch in heavy traffic, tn38ct3263 redtaxi maruthi swift dezire car come behind us in front moving car put a sudden brk and i put a sudden brk to avoid hitting the front but the redtaxi car hit my car in backside left bumper, my car left side bumper was damaged, the blame is on redtaxi car drive but he speaks unnecessary words and went away, i have immediately compliant to the red taxi compliant section but i did't get proper response from their.

              Dear team,

              I have booked a cab through app on 26th oct 2019 for 27th oct, 11am travel. And i've asked confirmation from your team for diwali festive cab availability and your call centre team have confirmed the same. On my travel day 27th oct 2019, 10:31 am received call from your team and they said there is no service on today, so we're cancelling your ride.

              I have never expected this kind of irresponsible service from red taxi. I am a frequent traveller and regularly used your cab service only.

              *then why you people have confirmed earlier
              *if there is no available of service at least you should have informed 2-4 hrs before my travelling time
              *last minute rush to book or find some other travels for bookin made me mentally upset
              *i have started 3hrs delayed because of your irresponsible service.

                Have used the red taxi for the first time from coimbatore airport to isha ashram, i was told at the counter at coimbatore airport that my fare will be 1200 incase of innova and 1050 incase of seden, we booked a innova, on arrival at coimbatore airport the driver forwarded a message that the bill is 2200. We tried to contact prabhu at airport, he was not ready to speak to us. I was told that person from complaint team will call, be has also not called. This is how red taxi cheat people.

                  I had used uber & ola before but had never come across such a worth ride in red taxi
                  Both my rides using uber & ola was very comfortable and enjoyable.
                  But ride in "red taxi" was not enjoyable as the passenger are not welcomed properly.
                  The charges are also very high and the location cannot be detectable correctly...
                  Worst experience for ever..

                    I have booked the cab for an emergency purpose through (Red taxi) mobile application. Usually if vehicle is not available, they will call immediately and bring to our notice that vehicle is not available, please plan accordingly. But this time there was a confirmation i received from the customer care when i called them to confirm the cab.

                    Even though i booked through app, i sued to call every time and confirm the booking with them, since i shouldn't miss the cab. This time there was an emergency where i suppose to take my dad to hospital. They said cab is confirmed and again they called and told me that cab is not available. Such a poor misleading and discrimination i faced first time with these red taxi representatives, which is completely pathetic. I got much irritated.

                    Kindly do check the customers urgent requirement and treat accordingly. Service was totally poor. Not organized management!!!

                      I booked the trip from coimbatore to guruvayoor. Once the booking is done it was told the total package would be 5000 rs for 320 kms but after the trip i was charged 4800 rs for 280 kms ie i paid 200 rs extra by force. This is not fair.. Actually i need to pay 4600 for 280 kms as per the instructions given by the person. The person who booked my trip is manipulating after the trip.. This is very bad and intolerable.

                      Kindly take necessary action for my above compliance.

                        Driver cheated and collected amount rs 200/- driver mr. Yesudoss (Tn55bt5848). But red taxi app shown rs 88 for after rs 50 discount coupon. Kindly check and clear the same. I want return my amount rs 110/-.
                        Don't push legally compliant for consumer.

                          I booked a cab through app from gandhipuram to arasur. After booking i called the driver and asked whether he will be able to come to drop location arasur, he told yes and no problem in that. While nearing hopes he called someone and gave the phone to me and the person in the phone told me that i need to pay extra 100 rs.                           On 31 oct 2018 at 0855 hours red taxi cab bearing registration number tn88b3741 took a u turn (Right) in anna salai signal (Avinashi road) from extreme left and did not mind my car who also wanted to take u turn properly from extreme right and damaged my car bumper. The driver also abusing me for his fault.

                          This happened purely due to not following the traffic rules and regulations. Most of the red taxi drivers not adhere with the traffic rules.

                            Book id - ma[protected]
                            Before the booking it was told the total package would be 427 rs including parking charges but i was charged 660rs after the trip.
                            I informed today around 1.15 pm but the cc team told that they would sort the matter & call me in 15 mins... But they didnt call me.

                            Please refund the money asap otherwise i have call recording & i would be forced to take the legal action against you

                              Red Taxi — lack of responsibility
                              We made an advance booking for a red taxi cab on the 30th august asking them to be at Madurai airport at 1445hrs, I had to be on time for my office further meeting and we were standing outside airport in hot wheather.
                              On delay reporting at 1500hrs, when I discussed with driver cause of Delay, simply replied talk to booking station in arrogant manner,
                              When we called the customer service they gave us various reason and told us they will find out the status and let us know at once.
                              They never did call back and we had to keep calling them to find out what was happening. Finally they answer on my call say that me and driver had mis understanding totally biased with drivers . This was very irresponsible on the part of the customer service.

                              This way of answer will impact reputation of red taxi and sure impact their business.

                                Sir, we had booked a cab on 1 st april for travel to railway station on 2 nd april at 5:45. We had recd the confirmation msg of our booking the previous night but till the next day 5:40 we neither recd any call nor any msg from it company. At 5:40 we again called and then they said that they have already assigned it nd the driver will call shortly. The driver calls us at 5:50 nd says he is at sundarapuram. He reached the reqd pick up place only at 6:10. Pathetic service and this is not the first time but the third time.

                                  We made an advance booking for a red taxi cab on the 4th night asking them to be at our house at 8.30 am on the 5th (Today). We had to be on time for an appointment with the doctor.in spite of confirming the booking this morning, they still didn't send the car on time. When we called the customer service they gave us various excuses and told us they will find out the status and let us know at once. They never did call back and we had to keep calling them to find out what was happening. Finally the car only turned up at 9am. This was very irresponsible on the part of the customer service.
