[Resolved]  Redbus — Amount debited twice

I booked a ticket on 2nd january on redbus app. Ticket booked but my money got debited twice for single ticket.
First the app got struck so i entered the otp twice and money deducted twice.
The ticket charge was rs.699/- when i check my bank account money debited twice for one ticket. Please resolve this issue. Looking forward for the reply.
