    Amount debited twice

    Address: karur

    I booked a ticket on 2nd january on redbus app. Ticket booked but my money got debited twice for single ticket.
    First the app got struck so i entered the otp twice and money deducted twice.
    The ticket charge was rs.699/- when i check my bank account money debited twice for one ticket. Please resolve this issue. Looking forward for the reply....

    Got message and email stating that money been credited to my account.

    Still not received it.

      I made a booking on 15th december 2020 which was cancelled due to time issues and refund was supposed to be credited in 7 days . Its been 15 days and the refund is still in pending status. And company coustmer care is not responding.

        Driver did not pickup and leave us on the road. After call he said me age nikal aya hun. And two minutes before his mobile switch off aftet crossing us on and tell me age nikl aya hun.
        Pls refund my money and punish the driver. Other wise We file the case agaist bus and driver.

          I had a booking with redbus ticket attached .

          I had to wait for the driver for about 2 .30 hours and the bus also was changed at the last moment .
          I was waiting at the highway for the bus, it was too risky and bus driver was delaying the trip without informing .

          I want full refund and lodge a complaint against the bus service.
          Being a girl waiting for the bus on highway alone is so unsafe and bus is getting delayed and changed at the last moment .

            Hi,

            I have booked ticket from Chandigarh to Dharmshala I have selected date of 24th December.1st of all date is not correct selected so I tried to change but it can't change.so I have tried to get in the bus today but suprisely bus is not on time it is 1.5hr late.Y I have to suffer because to this I want my refund in my account or change is date to 25the December.

            called on this number but not got any proper resolution [protected].today late night i am called everybody but dont get any responsce.

            I have intiate cacellation in app also but no revert on that also. Expect a fruitful responce from your side..it will be very helpful.

            Screen shot attached for request generated...now your team called me up and said refund can't be process as you operator denied of everything.

            Hi,

            I raised complaint regarding this on call also miss vindu hear my complaint and forward the cocern to bus operator and take him on call with him.clearly he said bus is 2hr late and change the pick up location which is 6.5 km away from where it had earlier.As a girl you expect me to wait in night for 2 hr on road and get to change location and you bus service on call saying it was my fault and u dont have to ride the bus.i dont what to say now its you call you want to intaite refund or not but 1st Time i am seeing this type of service.my family member is already using your service from long time so he recommend your service.

              I would like to bring it to your notice that this travels was very worst experience.
              I have selected Virar East as my Dropping point while booking the ticket but traveller has denied to drop on my Dropping Point.
              Traveller has dropped me at Kashimira, Mira Road instead of Virar.
              If the bus was not upto the Dropping Point, then why I am getting option of Virar in Dropping point while booking. Otherwise traveller has to drop me to my Dropping Point which does not happpened.
              I am requesting for refund as I has to spent more amount of money to reach my Dropping point from Miraroad in this Corona pandemic situation.

                I booked the ticket in our website on 13 Nov 2020. The ticket has been cancelled. Because the bus was break down. So the ticket has been cancelled in travel side. But till date the ticket amount has not credited in my bank account. Please clear this issue as soon as possible.

                  We cancelled ticket no TPDC[protected]through Sugama Tourist from Hubli to Belthangady on[protected]. Today we got confirmation from Redbus that amount Rs 1314 is credited to our account.

                  But the said amount is not credited to our account. we tried to contact redbus customer care, but there is no option to talk to customer care.

                  kindly see through that amount gets refunded to our account from redbus.

                      I have booked ticket on 9th nov 2020 through redbus kukkeshree travels from chennai to bangalore. I didn't received any SMS or email confirmation on ticket booking. I saw in redbus app as transction failed . But amount got debited Rs.1528 .I called the icici bank they said transaction is successful with reference number:[protected]. As ticket didn't
                      received I did not travel. Now they are not refunding my amount of Rs.1528. Please find attachment. But ICICI has confirmed the amount of Rs. 1528 is credited into the redbus account. Please find attachments for proof. Redbus customer service they not even understanding the customer complaints and closing the tickets.

                        I need GST invoice of bus ticket.

                        I travelled from JAISALMER to BIKANER on 30/11/2020 6AM R.S. 800/-by CHOUHAN TRAVELS HANUMAN CIRCLE JAISALMER. then I travelled from BIKANER to KURUKSHETRA on 30/11/2020 6:45PM R.S. 1000/- by MILAN TRAVELS. I booked my ticket from REDBUS. REDBUS ticket did not have GST INVOICE.
                        REDBUS told me ask BUS OPERATORS and BUS OPERATOR telling me to call REDBUS. I am tired calling both sides. I am providing tickets. Please find attachments....

                          Refund amount not received

                          I booked my bus ticket by REDBUS on 06 DECEMBER 2020(Ticket number (TIN): TPD[protected] from Chennai to Bamgalore for dated 27 DECEMBER 2020 that tckt amount was 1453/- Rs. Through Google Pay (G.Pay Phone no : [protected]), Given phone no for registration was [protected] and cancelled it on the same day 06 DECEMBER(PNR no: TS[protected]MDHT/1255569)

                          But my problem is that still i have not received that refund amount in...

                          Please refer my representation through from this mail ID on: 2.12.2020
                          at 17.27 and in continuation of the refund said to have been is wrong
                          and no action has been effected from your end and necessary false
                          intimation details sent by you is appended herewith for careful
                          perusal and proper action.

                          I wish to inform that till date as on 12.12.2020 7.30pm the refund
                          amount of rs.2380 is not refunded or credited into my sb account as
                          stated in my representation on 3.12.2020 and annoyed.

                          I am wondering, simply sending automated reply and no response from
                          your end to refund the amount as it amounts service insufficiency on
                          your part and I am constrained to seek proper legal remedies in this
                          regard as a senior citizen, i shall not be dragged into this faulty
                          administration of your concern.

                            I booked Redbus on 27.11.20 from Chandigarh to Delhi. I got cancellation msg on the same day at 11 pm. I have paid Rs. 914/- and I am still struggling to get my refund. Customer Support not responding. Below is the msg received from Redbus:

                              I am Anseena Anees .I have made a booking on December 1 st 2020 from kollam to kannur and I have done the payment through phone pe and first it got failed and again I tried via PhonePe but redBus shown it has not booked, then I made again via debit card and got booked . But redBus took my money 2 times for the single booking. . They deducted money via PhonePe and also via card . Kindly refund my money 630 Rs . I am enclosing my Bank statement and booking proof . Kindly refund my 630 rs

                                I am Anseena Anees .I have made a booking on December 1 st 2020 from kollam to kannur in Asian Travelink seat number J4 and I have done the payment through phone pe and first it got failed and again I tried via PhonePe but redBus shown it has not booked, then I made again via debit card and got booked . But redBus took my money 2 times for the single booking. . They deducted money via PhonePe and also via card . Kindly refund my money 630 Rs . I am enclosing my Bank statement and booking proof . Kindly refund my 630 rs Asap . Kindly solve my issue asap

                                  I have not received that refund amount in my bank account and in received cancellation mail you mention that I will return that amount within 5 days( For your reference I am forwarding your mail with this mail).

                                  Why they are not refunding my cancellation amount and my request is to please refund my money. please give me a response as soon as possible.
