Redbus — Amount deducted from bank account, however ticket not booked

Hello Team,

I booked 2 tickets from Delhi to Udaipur for Thursday 24th July 2025, However, amount was deducted from Bank account, but ticket is not booked.

I checked the application, no confirmation is showing for same.

Bus operator details- Ram Dalal
Bus timing - 9:00 pm
Boarding point - Kashmiri gate
Booking Mobile Number- [protected]

Help to refund the amount for same.
