I would like to complain on my fellow passenger who disturbed my sleep the whole day by getting into my sleeper seat with her and her kid. She almost occupied half of my seat. Refund not provided

Dear Sir, Refer to the above cited subject, the details of travels are Date of Journey: 16-Nov-23; New Shatabdi Travels (Jalaun to New Delhi), Time: 10:00pm. Ticket no. TSCC10332333. Based on mentioned details by Sister is the passengers and waited till 02:00am where bus has not reached to pickup point & also no proper response from Red bus and travels. I have called to Red bus customer care and inform that she cant wait till late nights....

Bad customer support by the red bus

I have booked a ticket from Bangalore to Hyderabad of northern travels in red bus. The Bus is at 10pm I am waiting since more then 2 hours but the bus didn't came. I reached to red bus support but they are not able to give the update of the bus regarding by what time the bus will come to boarding point....

I booked the bus through redbus webpage for travel from Chennai to Bangalore for SRS travels.
The amount was paid via gpay. We did not get any confirmation about ticket no etc.

Can you please have a look and confirm at the earliest

As i have booked ticket for my travel from Kelambakkam, Chennai to Pattukkottai. Because of redbud last min cancelled trip as same travel, I have booked hurry to other travels bus for same destination . Due to some personal reasons I have been late to the boarding so bus taken away from boarding spot, so now as bus going without taking me, I ask driver ur late so I taken he told, I need refund please take action

Non receipt of Refund Ref PNR No. 168856390

Vide above PNR, I had booked a bus ticket for Udaipur to Ahmedabad for 18th October, 2023. The departure time from Udaipur was 2:15 PM. The travel Agency was Shrinath Solitaire Pvt Ltd. The agency informed at around 11 AM on the date of travel i.e 18th October, 2023 that the bus scheduled at 2:15 PM has been cancelled due to breakdown and I shall get the full refund. Delay in bus and pick up point got changed

Driver reached pick up point at 7 which was supposed to be at 6 and he came by van with lack of bus facility
Then reached mejestic to board another bus, reached Mysore by 12.40 which was supposed to be on 10.30...

I was trying to book a Lower single lady's seat; however, payment was unsuccessful and after 15mins of time period when I checked seat was still showing booked.
I have also called and confirmed by the respective bus operator, and they stated that seat is showing not booked but in redbus app it still shows its booked.

Unable to contact any redbus support. Kindly assist here.

Redbus ticket cancellation & Refund issue

I had booked 6 seats through Red Bus from Bangalore to Udupi for 12th Oct'23 at 9:20pm from Bellandur. I would like to cancel all the 6 seats . I tried calling various numbers available on net and I was told cancellation is not possible as per policy.

Incorrect boarding location

My name is Parikha and ticket number is : tsb[protected], pnr: 693777.

According to my ticket the bus was to depart from Kamta chauraha, shaheed path, lucknow at 9PM, however, after a lot of confusion the driver told us to reach dehria chauraha near charbagh which was 30 minutes away from the boarding point and hence I missed the bus. I wanted to request a refund for the same. Kindly help....
