I am Dr. Amiya K Baul, my boarding from Durgapur City Centre to Ranchi on 29th June 2025 at 11.58 PM. But that bus late by near about 2 hours and at the same time that bus had no sleeping seat. I booked a bus ticket through my friend’s RedBus account but entered my mobile number as the passenger contact. The bus was cancelled by the operator, but strangely the booking later showed up in my own RedBus account, not my friend's.

By the time I found the booking in my account, the 7-day refund window had passed, and the app no longer allowed me to request a refund.

I booked 5 tickets worth ₹2400 from RedBus for a UPSRTC bus scheduled at 1:00 PM. We reached the boarding point by 12:30 PM, but the bus never arrived. We waited for hours. No information was given. Tried calling customer care, but no one responded.

I booked a ticket through the RedBus app with Sri Renganathan Travels from Trichy to Chennai (11:00 PM departure). The bus was delayed by more than 30 minutes . The overall service was very poor.

I had a very disappointing experience with RedBus. I paid an additional ₹45 for the cancellation policy, which stated that I could cancel the bus ticket until 8 PM. However, when I tried to cancel around 5 PM—well before the travel time—I was not allowed to do so.
