[Resolved] Redbus — amount deducted, money not refunded | |||
I have recharged my mobile [protected] with rs. 319 two times. The amount deducted from redbus wallet was refunded, however the additional amount deducted from my credit card and free charge account is not refunded. Please help me to refund the amount. I am getting the mails from redbus stating that, the recharge was successful, however in the app it showed as failed. Screenshots are added for your reference. Regards, Aruna reddy.
