[Resolved] Redbus — Amount not refund

I planned for book the ticket Erode to bangalore on 19th October, i was book the ticket on 18th October threw net banking in HDFC BANK.
In this time amount was debited but ticket is not booked that amount is still not refund in my account. Pls take action for that one, that order no is given below. Photo also upload in the complaint.
