Redbus — Amount not refund

Booking Id UA[protected], The application shows that 1075/-rs has been credited to my account, but only 569/-rs has been credited, the remaining 506/-rs has not yet been returned to my account.
Also, Red Bus has introduced a fraud system, which is Guaranteed Seat Book. Where they charge extra rupees for booking but if the seat is not booked, after auto cancellation, they do not refund that amount, they issue a coupon without return the actual money.
