Refund discrepancy & non-payment of redbus assurance benefit (TIN TU9R76296911)

My bus from Hyderabad to Bangalore on[protected] with Go Tour Travels and Holidays (TIN TU9R[protected] was cancelled by the operator.

Amount not refund

Booking Id UA[protected], The application shows that 1075/-rs has been credited to my account, but only 569/-rs has been credited, the remaining 506/-rs has not yet been returned to my account.
Also, Red Bus has introduced a fraud system, which is Guaranteed Seat Book. Where they charge extra rupees for booking but if the seat is not booked, after auto cancellation, they do not refund that amount, they issue a coupon without return the...

I have paid for my seat on red bus but no ticket has been received

I had paid for my ticket, an amount of 766 rupees to RKT Tours and Travels from NIT Trichy college to Bengaluru on 14th august at night 11:25. The amount was deducted but red bus never sent me the ticket and the seat I had booked is showing not booked. I want my money back....

Amount deducted from bank account, however ticket not booked

Cancellation Charges Paid - Bus Operator Denied Service

I booked a bus ticket from Jhunjhunu to Delhi of 7th July. The bus operator called me and said that the bus has broken down and would not be available for service. I cancelled the ticket on platform and still paid the cancellation charges of 30%. Requesting you to give the full refund as this cancellation was not my fault.

Not Provided Sleeping Seat though paid for sleeping seat

I booked a bus ticket through my friend’s RedBus account but entered my mobile number as the passenger contact. The bus was cancelled by the operator, but strangely the booking later showed up in my own RedBus account, not my friend's.

Fooling me / not stop at destination

My seat was booked and bus driver didnt informed me to where he stop and because of that my bus is missed and refund is not processed not even another ride.

I am complaining about the driver's harsh and vulgar behavior
