I was trying to book a Lower single lady's seat; however, payment was unsuccessful and after 15mins of time period when I checked seat was still showing booked.
I have also called and confirmed by the respective bus operator, and they stated that seat is showing not booked but in redbus app it still shows its booked.
Unable to contact any redbus support. Kindly assist here.
Please note I don't have any ticket ID for reference as I haven't done the payment. Just help to release the seat.
