We have planned to visit to Bangalore on 3rd July and ticket got confirmed. Since the journey prepone is required and tried to book for 2nd July, but app took as 4th and charged 150 extra wallet amount.
Since reschduled, either cancellation or reschedule or amount return is not possible as per the executive.
Since, its the application issue, and i am sure the booking date selected as 2nd, then showed 3 buses from Orange Tours and Travels but took the date as 4th.
So, now, i want either full cancellation and return the amount or preponement to journey date 2nd.
The executive is not at all accepting.
Red Bus customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
