I have tried to book a ticket and money got deducted but booking was not processed again i have tried to book the ticket. I got the booking but the amount was deducted twice as i have uploaded images below. I want to know how much time will it take to get the amount back.

    Dear Red bus team,

    This is to bring to your kind notice that I booked online tickets through Red bus.com on 23 Aug 2023 to attend marriage of my Brother which was on 25.08.23. I had to travel from Miyapur Location (Hyderabad) to Visakhapatnam for travel Journey 24/08/2023.
    The Ticket was confirmed and I got the message of Ticket bearing No.TS9M22336400 and the Travels Name :True Yatra Bus Service for seat No.14 but no service number nor operator number was mentioned anywhere in the site and nowhere on google.
    I tried contacting Redbus customer care from 24th August Afternoon through chat as well as through calls but after several calls and chats they were not able to provide the exact contact details of transporter and was finally told that the Driver will call you on arrival of the bus to boarding point.
    The boarding point of the bus was also not clearly mentioned on the Ticket just mentioned Miyapur X Road and it is a big junction of 3 roads on which side it was not mentioned but the same was clarified by one of the representatives of Red Bus to stand near bus stop near petrol pump going towards Kukatpally.
    I reached the boarding Point by 7.30 P.M. and I was waiting there for the arrival of the bus and the bus did not arrive till 10.30 P.M. neither the driver or any other person from operator called me.
    I was vexed up with this kind of behavior of Redbus as they don’t have any any proper information regarding the operator. I was forced to reach Visakhapatnam which costed me around 8000Rs through various modes by changing several times.

    So kindly refund my amount which I had to spend for my travel immediately from the original source of Payment.

This is an obnoxious act made from the company irrespective of many bookings made previously. the last 4 digits of the TIN no. is 2772 and keeping the privacy, I'm providing the email id for further queries and issues, contact here - [protected]@gmail.com. This is a warning of registering a complaint, if not any changes made - a FIR complaint will be lodged in the nearest police station.

        I was travelled from Aurangabad to Wakad on 03/06/2023 10PM R.S. 1452/-by Dolphin travel house (108) Aurangabad. I booked my ticket from REDBUS APP. REDBUS ticket did not have GST INVOICE.
        REDBUS told me ask BUS OPERATORS and then BUS OPERATOR telling me to call REDBUS. I am tired calling both sides. I am providing tickets. Please find attachments.

          Dear Team,

          I made a booking on 6th August 2023 from kalpetta to ernakulam.

          I made a payment of Rs 682.5/- through PhonePe.

          The payment has been debited from my end and credited into your account but the system failed and the ticket was not issued.

          I tried calling customer care and they insisted that the payment is not recieved at your end and asked me to check with my Bank.

          I have checked with my Bank and found that the payment of Rs 682.5/-has been duly credited to redbus.

          The UPI transaction ID is T2308062014535861349086 dated 6th August 2023.

          Kindly look into the matter and resolve to make the refund at the earliest.

            I need invoices for my travel. I don't have option to download through app. I tried to call customer care where you will not have any option for talking to executive.its like a loop which ends with same data

              Once booking confirmed and after some time call by bus opretor without any reason to cancelled my ticket

                Gst invoice bill

                I travelled from kurukshetra to gurgaon on 05/06/2023 04:15AM R.S. 3603/-by Zing Bus . I booked my ticket from Redbus. Redbus ticket did not have Gst invoice
                Redbus told me ask bus operators and they telling me to call Redbus. I need Gst Invoice Bill of both the tickets and not just Gst No.
                Kindly take necessary action as soon as possible.

                I booked my bus ticket by REDBUS on 29 July 2023(Ticket number (TIN): TS8T70879189 from Ahmednagar to Hyderabad for dated 29 July 2023 that ticket amount was 1564/- Rs. and cancelled it on 29 May.

                Bus cancel due to root change

                But my problem is that still i have not received that refund amount in my bank account.

                Why they are not refunding my cancellation amount and my request is to please refund my money . please give me response as soon as possible.

                As per the standard banking procedure, the amount will be refunded within 5 to 7 bank working days in the name of IBIBO Group Pvt/redBus

                  This is to bring to your kind notice that i booked online tickets through Red bus.com on 01 Aug 2023 to travel from BC Road to Bangalore on 06/08/2023 for 2 Members.

                  Payment was done through Gpay. After Payment transaction got a message stating Seat was not booked & Payment received successfully. But i received message from Gpay for successful payment. My seats ware not Booked. You people failed to sent the Seat Booking message to me after receiving My Money

                  Here are the details of Transaction:

                    I booked a ticket from Chennai to eruvadi on 29th July but I cancelled it afterwards since I want to move the date but it showed the refund is initiated for 2 days and after that it says the refund is credited, but I didn't received the amount, please resolve the issue asap, my ticket number is TS8Q94788553 and my mail id is [protected]@gmail.com.

                          I booked a ticket from New Delhi to Dehradun on 11 July 2023 for Rs625 the amount was deducted from my bank account and the seat was also booked.But after couple of hours the bus conductor called saying that the bus is cancelled and I would instantly get my refund. After this I received a message saying that my refund amount is Rs0 and cancellation charge was the whole amount.
                          I want 100% refund as this was not my fault besides I also faced a lot of inconvenience on the last minute cancellation of bus.

                              Hello sir mam
                              I booked 2 ticket from darbanga to delhi on 23rd may from new travel india (RED BUS). The bus owner or supersvisor suddenly change the boarding place . The new boarding place is far 1 to 1.5 hours . Then i call the red bus customer care, the customer care take conference call to driver, the owner said that if you don't reach the new boarding place then cancel the ticket, i do the same but don't recieved refund till date. I call again customer care after 2 days then customer care again take conference with driver, now the owner of bus lying all communication and said that i dont refund not a single penny to you, you can call customer care again and again i dont care . This is the behaviour he shows to customer in front of red bus customer care . Pls help me and refund my money back .

                                Hello Redbus,
                                I have booked a bus from Mandi Himachal Pradesh to Delhi on 4 July 20230 at 10:30pm with Malana Travels. The bus was running late by 1:30 hours .
                                When bus reached at boarding point I started to board bus but when I reached to my seat number i.e. 2D then at my seat another passenger had been already seated.
                                When I ask him that ie my seat then he asked that Malana Travels Agent has allot him that seat . But I have already booked this seat no. Online through Amazon pay.
                                Then I talk to Marshall of bus then he said me to talk to Malana Travels Manali office.then I talk with them and they agree to give me my seat i.e. 2D.
                                But Marshall said that bus is already running late so kindly seat on other seat and we will allot you your seat within. 15 min.
                                After 30 min. I also talk to Malana Travels Agent/owner to allotted me my seat. Then they also give me believe to allot the seat within 15 min. But they donot allot me seat whole journey.
                                That was very bad and poor behaviour of Malana Travels last night.
                                Very very poor service.
                                I have reasonable believe that Redbus in connivance with Malana Travels is misleading and cheating with passenger. I hereby warn you to blacklist or remove Malana Travels Manali Delhi route from your platform and compensate me with my full amount refund and harrasment occurred due to deficiency of service on your parts or else will file a case against Redbus and Malana Travels in appropriate Consumers redressal forum and you will be solely responsible for the same.

                                The bus operator has agreed to provide a partial refund of 10% of your ticket amount. However, they have confirmed that due to break down issue the bus has been changed and seat was changed to passengers. They will ensure to take care of such issues in the future.

                                  We have planned to visit to Bangalore on 3rd July and ticket got confirmed. Since the journey prepone is required and tried to book for 2nd July, but app took as 4th and charged 150 extra wallet amount.

                                  Since reschduled, either cancellation or reschedule or amount return is not possible as per the executive.

                                  Since, its the application issue, and i am sure the booking date selected as 2nd, then showed 3 buses from Orange Tours and Travels but took the date as 4th.
                                  So, now, i want either full cancellation and return the amount or preponement to journey date 2nd.

                                  The executive is not at all accepting.
                                  Red Bus customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                  After much heated discussion and chat shared [protected] number but no one attending the call. while asking the questions he put the call on busy mode and keep on buzzing the music. This is the customer service executive response of REDBUS. He put the call on hold and left.

                                    I have booked my ticket and cancelled on the same day. The said transaction of refund status in redbus app showed completed but i didn't receive any money in my bank account.
                                    Kindly look into it.
