Unreasonable price by redbus. I boarded the bus on 02/06/23 from Indore to Durg. I've extra luggage. 2 of which was pre booked but becoz the tocket is not showing any booking for the luggage the Mahendra travels has charged Rs 250 for each luggage which is too much for a bus to charge like this as the site is showing rs 40 for extra luggage . That too i ve travelled with those baggage by adjusting them on my seat. Even tickets are over priced with no extra facilities. No blankets and charging points n light not working. Ver disappointed with the travelling

    I booked a bus ticket through the Redbus platform for a journey from Dabwali (Haryana) to Jaipur (Rajasthan). The booking details are as follows:

    Name: Piyush Suthar
    Ticket Number: TS6K73694646
    Journey Date: May 21, 2023

    According to cashback offer I didn't received any cashback amount in wallet. I fulfilled all the necessary requirements to be eligible for the cashback. However, despite completing the journey, I have not received the promised cashback amount.

    I kindly request you to investigate this matter and provide a resolution as soon as possible.

      I had booked two tickets from Amravati to Nagpur for 23rd May 2023. On reaching Amravati Bus Stand I was informed that the bus is cancelled due to AC failure, I raised a complaint to redbus and they asked me to contact MSRTC bus stand office. Now when I asked them for resolution and refund they said I should take any other bus to travel further on my own and no refunds will be done my MSRTC. Nonetheless, I had to board flight from Nagpur to Bangalore so I took next bus and travelled my journey. Again when I contacted Redbus after multiple tries they are now asking me to go to MSRTC office for refund who have cleared said me they won’t do any refund. I live in Bangalore and Redbus wants me to keep doing rounds of MSRTC bus stand for this refund which they are not willing to listen also. Now I have paid an amount to REDBUS for bus service which I wasn’t provided and left to roam in that scorching heat. I need a full refund for my tickets at the earliest. Attaching proof of tickets and my travel to BLR details below.

        I am using red bus app for bus ticket booking. After a long time red bus gives some discount as cash back on ticket booking, so i got also cash back of discount money which is appears on my red bus wallet. But sorry to say that there is no option for transfer my wallet cash to my bank account. Therefore i request to redbud team to please return my wallet amount to my bank account.

          I am using red bus app for bus ticket booking.               I want to submit that I booked four berth vide ticket no. TS6G27894087 & Pnr no. TS[protected]UDMY/293754/Durg - Patna, from Raipur to Patna and got allotted LB03, 04, 05'06 after paying a hefty and unreasonable price by redbus. I boarded the bus on 19/05/23 from Raipur bus stand and bus was for Patna Danapur. When bus came it was very dirty and interiors was in delaphidated conditions from which I got injured as well.

              The sufferings did not ends here it got more severed with passing of time. For you kind information bus never goes to Patna bus ticket is booked for Patna. Before 200 kilometres of patna passengers are shifted to one small congested travellers van to Patna even if passengers have booked AC sleeper berth they are forced to sift into travellers 12 seater bus. The bus conductor Mr. Raju told that bus never goes to Patna their usual practice are same as above. I was travelling with my wife and two kids of 7 years and 14 years got I'll due to reckless approach of operator and RedBus, if bus doesnt go to Patna how Redbus allowed us to book ticket for Patna. It's a grave fault on the part of Redbus.

              During night time bus conductor allowed local passengers to board bus for earning money. They encroached our slippers berths against our wish and our privacy and comfort both were compromised giving a sense of travelling in a hell like condition.

              I am attaching the pics of people encroaching our slippers berths at the night time which goes through out journey.

              I have reasonable believe that Redbus in connivance with Naveen Travels is misleading and cheating with passengers. I hereby warn you to blacklist or remove Naveen Travels Raipur to Patna routes from your platforms and compensate me with an amount of Rs. 20000 for mental agony and harrassment occured due to deficiency of service on your parts or else will file a case against RedBus and Naveen Travels in appropriate Consumers Dispute Redressal Forum and you will be solely responsible for the same.

                  I booked a ticket from Lucknow to khatushyam with PNR 517924&518875
                  From Red bus and traveling partner was anshi Raj travels.travel date[protected]. the bus was already started with 3 hours delayed from source point and left us before 200 Km from khatushyam.asked to travel rest distance with own expenses, we are very disappointed, we need our refund amount please help

                        I booked a confirmed ticket CITY CONNECT EXPRESS using the red bus app from Delhi to Dehradun on 4th May 2023. I was standing there at the boarding place right from 10:30 pm and the boarding time was 11:35 pm.                           I have booked my ticket (TS[protected]-Maniraj P-Seat no:A) from Chitradurga bypass to Coimbatore on 11.05.2023 through Ravina Travels. The bus time is 03:10pm from Chitradurga bypass. The bus got delayed for 04:30 Hrs and the have informed to me @ 03:15pm only. Finally the bus has came @ 07:30pm at location. They have inter changed the vehicle from Ravina Travels to Bharathi Travels @ 11:45pm at Bangalore Majestic bus stand. Bharathi Travels guys are treated the Ravina Travels passengers as worst case like irrespective words and gave the seats from most back side of their Bharathi Travels bus. We are struggling with back pain and sleepless with uncomfortable. I have booked my ticket with payment of Rs.4213.95 for this worst travels (Ravina & Bharathi Travels). Very very worst Travel agencies are Ravina & Bharathi Travels.

                            I have booked my ticket (TS[protected]) from Chitradurga Bypass to Coimbatore on 11.05.2023 @ Rs.4213.95. The bus got delayed up to 4:30 Hrs and they informed to me at the last minute of departure time (03:10pm). The bus came at my location @ 07:30pm only. And also they have interchanged the bus from Ravina Travels to Bharathi Travels at Bangalore Majestic bus stand on same day mid night 11:45pm. Bharathi Travels guy insulting Ravina Travels passengers and using disrespectful words. And also i have booked ticket No:A in Ravina Travels and they have given me last seat @ Bharathi Travels. This is very very worst activity from Travel agencies & Worst service from Ravina Travels and Bharathi Travels.

                              I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the poor service I experienced during my recent bus journey booked through RedBus. I would like to bring to your attention the multiple issues I encountered, which not only caused great inconvenience but also affected my health during the trip.

                              1. Unbearable Discomfort and Lack of Assistance:
                              Upon boarding the bus, I noticed that there was a significant amount of dust and heat gas near the area where I rested my head. This made it extremely difficult for me to breathe comfortably, resulting in severe discomfort. Despite bringing this matter to the attention of both the driver and the pickup staff, they neglected my concerns and offered no assistance. To make matters worse, even when I contacted a RedBus agent, initially they refused to address the issue with the bus staff.

                              2. Attempted Manipulation and Disregard for Passenger Comfort:
                              To my dismay, I observed the bus staff trying to manipulate other passengers into stating that there was no issue with the airflow or heat near my seat. I occupied the lower berth seat number 15, and I can assure you that anyone who slept in that position would have experienced the discomfort caused by inadequate ventilation. Throughout the journey, I felt sick and unable to find relief due to the unsatisfactory conditions on the bus. Also, I got sms of different bus no. and some different bus no. we onboarded the last 3 digits of the bus were 611.

                              3. Inadequate Explanation for Unacceptable Conditions:
                              One of the staff members provided the explanation that the engine was experiencing problems, which might have caused the heated air to enter my seat area. However, this reasoning is unacceptable, as it indicates a clear oversight in assigning such a seat to a passenger. If there was a known issue with the air conditioning system, I should not have been allocated that particular seat, as it directly impacted my well-being.

                              4. Exorbitant Fare for Unacceptable Service:
                              I find it incredibly disappointing that I paid a substantial amount of 1680 rupees for an air-conditioned bus, expecting a comfortable and pleasant journey. Instead, I endured sickness and discomfort throughout the trip. In order to support my complaint, I took the liberty of capturing video evidence to highlight the unacceptable conditions I experienced during the journey.

                              Considering the inconvenience, discomfort, and health implications caused by the subpar service provided, I kindly request a refund for the entire amount paid for my bus ticket. I trust that RedBus values its customers and their well-being, and will take swift action to rectify this matter.

                              I have attached the video as evidence of the conditions on the bus. I kindly request your prompt attention and resolution to this matter. I hope that you will thoroughly investigate the incident and take appropriate steps to prevent such incidents from recurring in the future.

                              I look forward to your prompt response and a satisfactory resolution to this issue. Please acknowledge receipt of this complaint.

                                I've a booked seats in a bus which picks up at 3:15pm on 12th May at the pickup point, but was allocated seats in a different bus which reached the pickup point at 00:15am on 12th May. The seats were booked for elderly passengers who had to travel on priority. There is no proper channel to connect with the customer care executive and was unable to cancel the tickets as well.

                                  I booked U5 but someone occupied the seat already. They gave me U3 instead where the blankets are already used by someone. Curtain rods and led boards are not screwed and they used tape and ropes and it looks like it may fall down anytime. Bus was scheduled for 4.45 AM at Madiwala and it came to pick me at 6.30 to Madiwala. They were keep stopping the bus to fill the vacant seats. They were never worried about the onboarded passengers and they delayed more than 2.30 hours.

                                    I am Pradeep travelling on MR Travels Bus from Surat to Jaipur on seat S17 booked via Redbus. This bus was supposed to reach Jaipur at 1145 on 11 May 2023 but the bus is currently running two hrs behind schedule.

                                    Moreover, the bus driver and conductor are over crowding the bus more than its capacity. Video of same is also with me.

                                    Very poor service by MR Travels. I won’t ever travel by your Redbus and also won’t recommend it to anyone.

                                      Hi,

                                      I booked the ticket using redbus on 5th May 2023, I used ICICI bank netBanking to pay the amount of Rs 2887.5/-

                                      The amount was debited from my account, but the ticket failed to generate. It's been 3 days but still the amount which was debited from my account has not been credited to my account.

                                      Following is the transaction details, can you pls check and let me know when will I get the amount?
