Hi,
I was trying to book a ticket and money got deducted but booking was not processed again i have tried to book the ticket. I got the booking but the amount was deducted twice. Need help not satisfied with the customer care of red bus for the complaint. I don't get any customer care number on internet, all the mobile numbers provided is pre-recorded. I have done first payment by scanning qr code and second one by upi id. My account is debited both time but redbus receives it only second time.
So i need my first transaction refund now.
Please do the needful.

Hi Khalid, I have got the same issue of payment deducted twice. Is your issue solved?

They said u cancel the ticket before one day.but i have booked same day.its processor mistake
