[Resolved] Redbus — bus booking money got deducted twice for the same booking | |||||
Hi, I was trying to book a ticket and money got deducted but booking was not processed again i have tried to book the ticket. I got the booking but the amount was deducted twice. Need help not satisfied with the customer care of red bus they asked me to raise the query again and again and told me to contact the bank for the complaint. They said red bus had deducted the amount twice it's already been debited and it is also reflecting in the bank statement. So i need the refund now. Please do the needful. Verified Support Oct 10, 2019 Red Bus Customer Care's response Hi Khalid, Greetings from redBus!! We regret the hassle. On checking we see that the amount is received only once to red bus and ticket has been confirmed. It is rare scenario and happens because of technical glitch at the payment gateway. I was cancelled tickets from Bangalore to nellore, till now no refund and no response.

I have done first payment by scanning qr code and second one by upi id. My account is debited both time but redbus receives it only second time.
So i need my first transaction refund now.
Please do the needful.

They didn't give proper response.
They said u cancel the ticket before one day.but i have booked same day.its processor mistake
