re: my refund - payment successful did not receive ticket

I booked ticket on 3rd June 2019 and money got debited from credit card account - 2077.50 and did not receive ticket. At least you guys should have processed my ticket instead said money will be refunded so I have to book the ticket again.

Money did not get refunded and I had to pay my credit card 2077.50 without utilizing any service. This is really frustrating and not sure what to do with you. Every time I call you are saying...

gst invoice not given for my travel booking

I travelled from trichy to chennai by booking through redbus.in

Pnr no. Rktj[protected]
Date 07.07.2019 2 passengers ticket amnt : rs. 2079.0 (Inclusive of gst and service charge if any.)

But i didn't get any gst invoice with relevant details like, invoice number, gst numbers, gst amount paid, date of invoice etc....

I had booked a confirm ticket of UPSRTC (Jan Rath A/C 2+2) using red bus app from Delhi to Rishikesh on 17th June, 2019. I was standing there at boarding place right from 9:00 pm and the boarding time was 9:15 pm. But the bus operator didn't even call me when the bus arrived there or not, i didn't know about that, because after booking the tickets, I didn't receive the message regarding the bus number.

I was trying to book tickets in the Redbus app through Google Pay. Payment got debited but tickets were not booked. while enquiring through their customer care. for that Redbus is replying a standard template that the amount has not credited to their account and I will get the money within 2 working days, if not credited I have to check with the bank.

I'm using red bus app regularly for my travel purposes. During promotional offers and ticket cancelations, money was credited to my red bus wallet. I had used the wallet money to book tickets as well, but now this wallet is expiring on 10 july 2019. I don't have any upcoming trips to use the remaining money in the wallet. Is there a provision to transfer the money to my bank account? If so, please do the needful....

Above are the red bus ticket numbers which was booked for my travel from visakhapatnam to tirupati. I wanted to cancel the ticket partially (2 tickets) which was not possible from the redbus site, so called its customer care, 6 hourse before the bus start time and they replied that it is not possible and have to loose my money for 2 tickets....

red bus not providing gst included bill

On june 30, 2019 we used red bus, bus hire service provided transport for outstation travel, the total expense was 6400inr. And when i requested for a gstin included invoice, the red bus agent told "as per red bus policy, they don"t provide gstin include bill for non ac bus transport"

Which is totally not sensible, ticket number is nfqluv6g2, can this concern raised in consumer court. I don't think any private establishments...

Return ticket got booked for same day even selecting the correct date carefully, # red bus. Seriously is this the way you do the business, total loss 2588 rupees for wat # use. Best part is customer care which never gets connected, in case if it gets connected agents love to keep call on hold and disconnect the call. When many people are facing issues. non reversal of deducted amount

I booked tickets (From net banking mode) from indore to kota through red bus app on 19 june 2019 for rs1030. The transaction status was shown as failed, however, the amount was deducted from my account. Today is 28june and the deducted amount has not been credited back to my account so far.
