I had booked a ticket from Bangalore to Chennai with sea bird bus. At koyembedu they stopped the bus claiming breakdown. We waited for 1 hour and I even called the company to arrange alternate travel but they denied it. My stopping was 2 hours journey from thay point and had to pay auto rs. 820 to get there. Now red bus is offering only rs. 60 for compensation and is not escalating the issue when I requested it. Rs. 60 is not going to cover the damage as I have now paid rs. 1400 in total for my entire travel including the bus booking and auto. I request a full refund for this unsatisfactory journey. I even have proof of the ola auto booking as well as call recording of the operator saying they will give a refund from red bus side.
