I had a test & interview at Kochi Kerala on 22&23 this month. I booked a hotel room at Kochi & a seat on 2.45 pm 21st June flight from Delhi.To reach Delhi from Roorkee i booked a seat in red bus booking no TJ7K26667568 . Picking time was given 7.41 am 21st June. But the cab came at 9.00 am. I could manage to reach the airport at 2.30 pm. I was denied the flight for being late. I incurred a loss of around rs 9000.00 towards flight etc & the prospect of getting a job. Had the red bus cab come in time or even by 8.30 am this would not had happened.Is it not company responsible for all this? I demand total compensation for my financial loss & Rs. 50000.00 for mental agony & losing a job opportunity.

    Pathetic

    Pathetic service ever gone thru... Red bus sucks to the core.. Make sure my refund is provided at the earliest.. Mr charan kumar from bangalore office promised me to call before 2 days.. No response yet... M suffering as my money is with you guys for no service provided... Will make sure this is bombared on social media

    I booked my ticket on 16 06 2016 around 8.30 p. M. I intend to travel from mangalore to bangalore on 17 06 2016 and was booking ticket for the same. Total of 4 tickets.. Rs 3000 odd. While the ticket was confirmed, i check my email which said the travel date was 16 06 2016 where as i selected 17 06 2016.. Immediately i called the number provided on the ticket, which was of durgamba motors & they straight away told me that they cant help it as payment was made thru redbus gateway.. I called redbus within 15 mins of booking the ticket, but they told i shud have contacted them before 6.30 p. M (Which is their standard time before which ticket needs to be cancelled).. I spoke to different executives for more than 3 to 4 hours as my ticket for next day was not confirmed and also my money was already with redbus.. Finally got to speak to a so called supervisor named charan kumar who spoke to me for 30 mins and agreed to call me within a day with resolution and to be patient enuf while he check the issue... Afr 48 hours i sent an email to charan against asking for status & he replies on 19th saying, give me time till tomo 11 am which is on 20th.. Today is 22nd and still have not replied me or informed be whats happening..

      Complaint against - nand travels
      I have booked bus from delhi to salasar the conditions of bus was miserable first the started bus 1nd 1/2 hour late because of illegal loading on roof of bus nd then they take ugly passengers between the root nd they were sitting on floor of bus it was miserable as we were travelling with ladies this was not comfortable nd we were facing a lot of problems i hope u will take care of not giving these discomfort from next time

        On 3rd June, I travelled to Ahmedabad from Gurgaon via Srinath Nandu Travels.

        While booking ticket, first ticket was not confirmed due to session expire during transaction. I didnt get any message or confirmation of ticket for 1st booking. Then I booked second ticket, and it was confirmed.

        However, Red bus deducted money (1450 Rs/-)for the first transaction and didnt confirm the same and didnt book the ticket. Still they have not returned the money. When contacted with the HDFC bank, they said merchant has already deducted money for the transaction.

        i need my Rs 585.00 + Rs 50 back (50Rs of i did call to red bus customer care and spend for generating a complaint )

          Dear Sir,

          I have booked the ticket through redbus and unfortunately i have not received the ticket due to their system error and the amount which i have paid as per their policy its suppose to credit into the customer account in 7 working days and they are responsible to send an SMS or mail for the same. But till yesterday after many times conversations with call center people they could not resolve or send an email confirmation . Later on have approached the Payment gateway support partner (PAY U IN ) .Through their support i have received my payment details in which Redbus have received the amount on the same day of reservation. My booking date was on 12/06/2016 . Against this proof of my email support from PAY U have send an email to customer care and PAY U team they are also send informed to REDBus by email on 17/06/2016.Finally i have received and email from REDBUS stating my refund has initiated on 17/06/2016 which suppose to happen on 12/06/2016 itself. What if im not calling or following for my refund? Why they are giving falls promised to the customers of refund policy ?

          I requesting your kind support the issue should not happen to other customers?
          Kindly help me to urge the a compensation from REDBUS

            I have booked the tickets and bus driver told me we will not be able to drop you on selected destination point so i spoke with redbus customer service and they said we will refund you please don't travel with that bus so i booked another bus and they are saying now after a month that you will not get refund so please help me and please give me my amount back

              I have booked ticket with redbus for mumbai to goa.
              Due to their system error ticket was booked for 29.05.2016 implace of my selected date of 17.06.2016.

              I have made several call and email regarding this error but still have not received at timely response.

              Cost of the ticket was also[protected] .

              I dont think that this is less money to leave.
              could redbus people sort it out ASAP.

              I really appreciate an quick response and decision.

                I have booked a bus ticket from Indore to Pune for 30 may 2016 through Redbus. My boarding point was MHOW and pick-up time was 8:00 PM, but bus passed away through other route from Pithampur without picking me from my pick-up point. Regarding which I was not informed, by operator and even by redbus. When I called on given operator no.s at 8: 24 PM on 30 may 2016, operator named raju told me that, bus passed away from other route and will not pick me up. Then I called Redbus for refund, But after making follow-up for 8-10 days thru each and every mode, but they are not responding and not giving refund.

                  I had booked a ticket no. Tj6y52752248 from maleaon to indore of pawan travels on june 1 2016. Bus was having departure time as 23.45 and reporting time as 23.30. I reached pawan travels boarding point at 23.25 and waited. As 23.50 arrived and bus did not come i enquired and got to know bus departed at 23.00. Travels person states we have no info o[censored] r booking and no contact number. This when i have received sms from pawan travels confirming my booking. I called redbus and complained person on other end. He informed that wait bus has not gone and come in 10 minutes. After half hour i again called and they say pawan travels r not responding and we will initiate a refund in 24 ours. Now till today they have not contacted or refunded amount

                      I had a amount of rs.200 in my wallet. I tried to book ticket from vijayanagaram to kakinada from rajendra.[protected]@gmail.com. While booking ticket transaction had cancelled and amount had been deducted till now amount is not refunded to my red bus wallet. I called to customer care they said amount will be refunded in 7 banking working days but it is of approximately 20 days till now i haven't got my refund

                        I booked a bus ticket from coimbatore to Hyderabad and Boarding time as in tickets is 31/05/2016 00:30 A.M and reporting time is 31/05/2016 00:15.

                        I reached the boarding point mentioned in the tickets on time.

                        But the bus arrived at 31/05/2016 03:00 A.M. I waited there for around 3 Hrs. Once the bus arrived i stepped into the bus that moment the VAN boy says"BUS SEATS WERE FILLED". Then I showed my confirmed ticket to him, he just replys "GET CANCEL YOUR TICKET AND REFUND YOU AMOUNT BACK".

                        When I explained him that i want to be in Hyderabad tomorrow, he just took the bus way and says "THIS TICKET NOT BELONG TO OUR BUS".

                        When i called to travels "AEON TRAVELS" to the number mentioned in the ticket, they says "REDBUS ISSUED YOU A WRONG TICKED" better you talk to them"

                        Moreover the people treated me like anything.

                        They DO NOT WORRY ABOUT BY TIME VALUE.

                          I had booked a ticket at redbus on february 26th 2016 from delhi to mandi(Himachal pradesh) in laxmi holidays .With boarding point r.K.Ashram metro station, pillar no. 26 panchkuian road near rama krishna ashram metro station gate no. 3, paharganj. Ticket no: tj3u93945469, pnr no: rh68hkq. The bus departure time was mentioned as 18.00 hours in the ticket, were as the bus departed before 17.45 hours as told by bystanders, thus leaving me on the road with no other option rather to take the back seat of an alternate bus called himalayan nomad and pay even more amount extra as i was going for an interview at iit mandi. I have contacted redbus the very next day through email and have been contacting them through mail and customer care ever since. But they are not taking any action to refund my amount instead giving mental agony on their services. I kindly request to solve my problem. Ticket details and email correspondence details have been attached herewith.

                            Fraud, cheating on the online booking. I have booked ticket on may 5 2016, bus never came and hans travels peson told me after 1 hour bus already left. I will file legal complain againts red bus. I will never ever use red bus for any service. I want my all money back. Worst ever service by red bus and hnas travels

                            This site is totally fraud .As soon you submit any complain regarding any refund related, Within half an hour you will receive a call saying that they are calling from irctc headoffice. They will ask you to visit nearest atm and saying that they will provide SBI cash voucher as a refund do not visit to the atm as they are total fraud.They have cheated me and withdrawn 2000 Rs from my account for further contact me on below number [protected].(Mayank)

                              We booked 2 hotel rooms from red bus at haridwar for dated[protected].

                              Booking id : htlpqguw35 and booking id : htl5z6q6ad at hotel holy basil arya nagar chowk, haridwar road jwalapur

                              The booking was confirmed. When we were to reach haridwar we called up at hotel for confirming the booking and informing we will be reaching by this time and how to reach the hotel.

                              The hotel staff stated that the our booking was cancelled as no room was available, but we did not received any message regarding this, the time was around 5 pm when we called at hotel.

                              After that we called the customer care service of red bus for the same, the person was just fooling us every time we call him that he has requested the concern department for making call to us for the issue and transferring our booking to another hotel.

                              After continuous follow up with regarding the another hotel booking for us from 6 p. M to 11 p. M. At last call also we were informed that we are searching hotel and they said that there is room in hotel gangotri and advised that there is a suit room available shall the book our booking, we confirmed yes please do as it was getting very late and we are new to place and waiting at bus stand since we reached there. He said he just confirm booking from hotel and revert us on the same in 10 mints. But we did not received any call. We called in hotel but the hotel said there was booking came for mr. Ravi and not mr. Rahul or mr. Sachin.

                              We again call the customer care after that, no body picked up our call till 12 pm we were standing at bus stand, trying to reach them. But no revert.
                              We have to search rooms there after very difficult we got rooms and that to on very high rate.

                              The service they gave us was just pathetic, they don’t even felled shamed in making us fool. We waited for 6 hrs and after follow-up for 6 hours we have to look our self for room.
                              The person called us in between 12-12:30 am and asked sir have you got hotel, ok i have found one if you have found then i shall initiate refund for you now.
                              I want to fill a complaint against them for fooling us and not even bothering to transfer the booking to another hotel, when booking was cancelled from their side, if we would have not called before then after reaching hotel we would have been known.

                              Please take a serious action against them, in our case we were there with ladies but if same kind of thing happened with any alone lady, anything can be happened just because of negligence of this person.

                                Rb[protected] this was the initial case history. As the referral benefits wasn't credited so asked for the same. Got an automated response of case id on apr 6 and then reply was on apr 25 stating the complaint was closed. Responded back and the response was about specific details, got irritated somehow managed and responded with the required details. Got new complaint id rb[protected] again the reply was the same issue was resolved. Again raised the complaint and the id was rb[protected].
                                Reply from them was again a copy paste work stating the details, after making a conversation again they requested for details which was already provided. Once, again i have provided and the case id was rb[protected] and no response was provided from their end till date.
                                After a long time had a chat regarding the same on may 17 which is as follows:

                                Till date no response was given from their end and asked for call back from their end till date none has been given. I'm fed up writing to them. By this por response from them i'm so much irritated. I'm gonna raise this issue to consumer court regarding this issue if there is no action taken and if they don't accept the demands.

                                Got the mail on 20th of June still no update about the same.

                                    Yesterday night i booked a tickets from hydrabad to bangalore in srt tours & travels for[protected] which is leaving at 8.45pm. But 1st time while after transaction i got i mail like

                                    Are you still looking for buses to bangalore? We noticed that you didn't finish your bus ticket booking. We apologize for the issue you faced, if any.

                                    There are still 27 number of seats available in the same route for travelling on 24-may-2016. Resume your booking now from hyderabad to bangalore.
                                    But from my account 450 debited and that is gone to your account (22 may[protected]pilanisoft - redbus[protected] may 2016 450.00). After that i seen the seats not booked again i booked and do a new transaction and again 450 debited (22 may[protected]payuibibowebpvtltd[protected] may 2016 450.00). Can you do the necessary steps to get back the amount.

                                        I tried to book two tickets from trivandrum to chennai but the cash got deducted and tickets were not booked. I tried for two times and cash got deducted twice.
                                        Booking details:
                                        Travels name:kallada travels suresh kallada
                                        Volvo a/c multiaxle semisleeper (2+2)
                                        Travel date and time :24th may 2016 7:00 pm
                                        Ticket amount:rs2, 359.90 (Which was deducted twice ie total amount lost:rs4719.80)
                                        Please do the necessary procedures to provide a refund as soon as possible.
