Dear redbus,

Your online booking system is very poor and faulty, i have booked ticket no (tj9e[protected] for journey on 19th aug-2016 friday, that is printed on my ticket also. but when i reached at bus on friday night then driver said that this ticket is for last day. because this is now 00.15 am and it is saturday 20 aug now and you can not be travel with this ticket.

Driver said that this type of problem is most common for his bus and daily many peeresses were suffered due to this faulty booking process.

I cannot reached jaipur due to your website defects.

I have also booked return ticket no (tj9f[protected] for 20-aug-16 from jaipur to meerut and it was also wasted.

I was suffered total loss of rs 1490 + 955 = 2445 and lots of mental tension.

Please refund my money as soon as possible or i will make complaint against your company in consumer form.

    Hi, i am prashant macha. I have travelled from pune to ahmadnagar on 18th august using india tours and travels. My pick up time was 12:30 from viman nagar, but the bus reached at 1:30am. The driver didn't respond to calls properly. After getting in the bus, my seat was given to someone else. The people sitting next to drivers were drunk and rude. The bus was in a bad condition. Never expected such service from both redbus and this tours. Horrible. Will never recommend anyone to book from your website.

      I have booked the ticket from Hyderabad to Mumbai on 14th aug, 2016.

      Date of journey is 15th aug, 2016.

      But bus had gone without at least informing me, even though i had called the concerned person before the reporting time 3:29PM at boarding point SR nagar, near Axon hospital.

      Also the way, the travels person was talking, not good with customers like using vulgar language.

      Please take it as the high priority and solve this issue.
      Kindly credit the refunds as soon as possible.

      Credit the refund to the account from which ticket was booked.
      We booked 4 bus tickets via red bus but we filled wrong date by mistake so i want to change my date of[protected] to[protected].
      Its my humble request you to plz refund my money or provide us 4 seats for delhi on 15 august 2016... I will be very thankful to you.

        I tried booking ticket from mumbai to jodhpur via redbus. But what happened was they dedected money from account and replied sorry the ticket cant be booked. And its been a month or more than that the money is not yet refunded. Even after contacting so many times and getting a reply it is initiated you will receive in 24 hours but not received yet. After contacting many a times they reply it is initiated and will be refunded. An amount of rupees 1500 was charged and deducted online from icici bank account holder sonali maheshwari. The booking was done on 10 july 2016. Kindly resolve the matter as soon as possible as its a matter of 1500 rupees. The money was deducted from friends account but the ticket was booked by kratika tiwari.

          Redbus Customer is even worst : I have sent 3 reminders and there has been no response to redBus Service Registered: Case #RB[protected]


          Hello we have booked the Hyderabad - Rajampet and the bus broke down. There was no alternative that was arranged. One female traveling with 3 small children were stranded due to this. The concern is about the safety and bus maintenance. This has been a very disappointing journey....

          My booked and confirmed ticket was cancelled from operator 1 month before giving an excuse that there is some issue with the bus and will not be operational on 21st august 2016. I mean How there know that on 21st august there will be and issue with the bus? And before asking me and giving any other options to avail there cancelled my ticket and initiated my refund.

            Red bus cheating people through bad customer service.
            I had booked a red bus ticket for a window seat on kallada travels semi sleeper seat. Though money got debited from my account the ticket was generated. I received a mail saying i would be contacted in 15 minutes to resolve. But no such call came and i had to call their customer care. Their executive offered me seat on an alternate bus. And after i got into bus i found out they had put me on a normal backrow middle seat without pushback or foot rest which no one would take otherwise on the fare of semi sleeper.

              I cancelled my tickets online from red bus that was from nanital to Delhi on 26 April 2016.Even I got the confirmation message of cancellation on my mobile number i.e UX6FX9G as PNR status .So I want to know why yet my money has not returned as i call up so many times still the result is same. I want to know why do they did his to their customers why there is not any simple way to get them. During booking of tickets they show simple process for each and everything but later on they used to irritate their customers by doing all these things.I request you to kindly help me.

                Ticket charged: 3000 rupees for two tickets

                Dear sir,

                I booked a bus using redbus and paid rs 3000 for two tickets. The bus is ac semi sleeper (Local bus-not volvo). The volvo bus itself charge on 900 or 1000 rs. These bus with registration no ka02 ab 4074 was readily arranged another non ac local connection bus near to kerala boarder.
                As the yathra holidays doesn't paid tax, they are arranging local bus near to boarder and this is continuing regularly as per my understandings.
                I request to refund the money which is charged more from me.

                Local bus fare is 500. This bus charged 1500 from each one and made waited to boarder to change to another local bus.

                    I have booked a ticket from Pune to Akola on Aug 03. Journey date Aug 05.

                    I wanted to cancel the ticket due to some emergency on Aug 04.

                    But now RedBus is not allowing to cancel this ticket. The reason they say is, as per their policy, the cancellation time has expired. Means, passenger can only cancel the ticket only before 48 hrs from journey.

                    What the hell is this policy. This is clearly a chitting case. There are still whole 2 days to go for journey. Can't that be sufficient to get another passenger. This is holy crap. I won't be using redbus from this moment on

                    And I would urge all fellow citizens to boycott this bloody RedBus .

                    Its 100% times better to go with actual bus operator online site. At least they can directly be held accountable for all such issues.

                      Ticket amount = 477Rs. i wanted a book a ticket for thursday[protected] from pune to Malegaon and the server got refreshed and they booked a ticket for Wednesday[protected] Today). i immediately cancelled the ticket and the amount that they are charging me for cancellation is Rs. 450 !! why the hell should i pay this huge amount just because of their server issues ? if you people cannot seriously handle such websites then you should definitely shut the company down. i called the customer care of Redbus and they are saying that the cancellation charges are that high because i am cancelling the ticket 12 hours before journey. what the hell is this ?

                      I have booked ticket in National Travels on March 21st Tuesday to travel from Chennai to Uduamalpet. Ticket no: TK4M45749489 PNR no: TS-RB44139255LNA/673532/1203.

                      They phoned me by 4PM and inform that AC bus service is cancelled and requested to opt ordinary service. I asked for cancellation, they said ok for it and assure to refund the full amount without any deduction in a week time.

                      I have not get any refund. after enquiring about the same, they said its handled by Redbus.

                      Kindly track the status and refund the amount soon.

                      Through Redbus, I had booked ticket from Pune to Indore for[protected] with Rajratan Tours. I received message that bus got cancelled due to low no of passengers. They give me booking for very next day but again it got cancelled and this time even didn't send sms. Rajratan just called and settled on phone call.

                      I raised concern with Redbus (Tkt #1843514) for the same. But Redbus helpline people asked me to send details through mail and then didn't respond.

                      I again called helpline and sent them mail with all the required details. Still no reply received from them.

                      Big time frustrated with such a weird behavior. Please help me with correct contact person.

                        I am highly disappointed with the service provider of redbus.In named "shrinath travel agency". I booked my bus ticket from website "redbus.In" from gurgaon to beawer on dated 27th july 2016. Bus departure time was 9.30 p. M. From 'iffco chowk' i was there on 8.55 p. M. To board the bus as per the mentioned boarding point beacuse my daughter was hospitalised and immediately have to go.
                        At that i got a call from shrinath travel agency from the no.: [protected] to contact in the office. I reported to travel agent office and they said wait here when the bus will come will inform you, till 10.30 p. M. I was waiting no one informed me anything. When i asked about my bus they said it have been moved.
                        That person was drunk and started to use very hash language for me. When i called to "redbus" customer care no one picked the phone. When i called to shrinath travel agency that person said i have to report to the main office not at the agent's office.
                        It was so disgusting to deal with such a drunk person who is not even in the state what he was saying.
                        I want my money back from redbus.In & should apologize for the same, red bus services are not customer supportive.

                          I booked 4 tickets on June 19 from Erode to Chennai through Paytm, reporting time is 8.45 Pm.This is my order num: [protected].We didnt received proper boarding point just it mentioned as Erode bustand.We were trying to reach the number mentioned in the message and its switch off.So from 8.35 onwards we try reaching paytm customer care and one of the executive himself tried and confirmed that the number of driver is switched off.I called justdail also to know the travel address but they said Sri Adhinath travels is not registered, Then after 1 hour paytm customer care person confirmed that bus left.I started fighting with paytm daily for refund and i didnt receive any response from them.The bus operator said like he waited for us for sometime and he called us and it takes 45minutes more for us to reach erode so he left but we didnt received any call, Suraj from Paytm assisted us and he connected to bus operater and they are trusting the operator but not the customers.I am ready to show my call records that travel people didnt called me if i ask the same to show the records they are blank and responding rudely.Now they confirmed that they are not going to refund and i lost around Rs.3000.I trusted PayTm not the unknown travels.So i strongly request all not to book tickets through Paytm.
                          After this Red bus came into picture and then i got to know that Paytm is linked with Redbus and i had a conference call with redbus executive, paytm executive and bus operator.
                          Redbus executive heard all the versions from everyone end and done some investigation and confirmed like their is miscommunication happened between Paytm and Busoperator and wrote an e-mail to paytm asking for explanation, but its been 2 months this issue happened till now i didnt received any clarification and i dont know when i will get juistice???

                              Dear sir, i booked ticket for rajkot to jamnagar 8 tickets on redbus giving me a attractive offer. Offer is that on new mobile num registered 100 rs wallet balance and redbus monsoon offer upto 120 off rbjul120 both offer used by me for 8 tickets for rich ahmedabad to pick up my flight but redbus cancelled without informing me to this tickets and also redbus not giving me a full refund... My ticket booking fare is 456 and i used offer so is final prise that 236 for each ticket... Redbus give me a refund 187 only for one ticket and redbus give only for 5 tickets now i complaint 10 times but not resolved please help me to resolved this problem...                                 I have booked my ticket on 02/07/2016 and at that time that was unable to book. At that time i got a message that your refund will be done within 8-10 business days.
                                Today it's 17th july and still i have to enquire you and then you are responding like that it will take more 8 days.
                                What should i do now? I wish my refund will be with me within 24 hrs.
                                I have tried write to us for 10-15 times but i have not got even single reply
                                After that i called (Twice due to network failure) customer care no. Which is toll free actually but it was charged and the supporting person saying on second time that call me after 20 minutes as you have called us just 2 mins before as i was like what kind of customer support you are providing?? Such a horrible experience.

                                    Departure time of bus was 3:20 pm and i reached there at 3:25 pm but before that i have contacted the bus conductor to wait for 5 minutes as the metro suddenly got delayed and the service was stoped.
                                    Before i reached there the bus was departed, i tried to contact the conductor but there was no response from him. so i contacted the customer support of redbus to refund the collected amount of rs.1200, they said they cant do anything about it as this is not their fault.
                                    I want atleast few percentage of my money to be refunded by them as i didn't traveled and it was unintentional delay by my side.
                                    O please refund the amount this would be convenient for both o[censored]s.
