We booked 2 hotel rooms from red bus at haridwar for dated[protected].
Booking id : htlpqguw35 and booking id : htl5z6q6ad at hotel holy basil arya nagar chowk, haridwar road jwalapur
The booking was confirmed. When we were to reach haridwar we called up at hotel for confirming the booking and informing we will be reaching by this time and how to reach the hotel.
The hotel staff stated that the our booking was cancelled as no room was available, but we did not received any message regarding this, the time was around 5 pm when we called at hotel.
After that we called the customer care service of red bus for the same, the person was just fooling us every time we call him that he has requested the concern department for making call to us for the issue and transferring our booking to another hotel.
After continuous follow up with regarding the another hotel booking for us from 6 p. M to 11 p. M. At last call also we were informed that we are searching hotel and they said that there is room in hotel gangotri and advised that there is a suit room available shall the book our booking, we confirmed yes please do as it was getting very late and we are new to place and waiting at bus stand since we reached there. He said he just confirm booking from hotel and revert us on the same in 10 mints. But we did not received any call. We called in hotel but the hotel said there was booking came for mr. Ravi and not mr. Rahul or mr. Sachin.
We again call the customer care after that, no body picked up our call till 12 pm we were standing at bus stand, trying to reach them. But no revert.
We have to search rooms there after very difficult we got rooms and that to on very high rate.
The service they gave us was just pathetic, they don’t even felled shamed in making us fool. We waited for 6 hrs and after follow-up for 6 hours we have to look our self for room.
The person called us in between 12-12:30 am and asked sir have you got hotel, ok i have found one if you have found then i shall initiate refund for you now.
I want to fill a complaint against them for fooling us and not even bothering to transfer the booking to another hotel, when booking was cancelled from their side, if we would have not called before then after reaching hotel we would have been known.
Please take a serious action against them, in our case we were there with ladies but if same kind of thing happened with any alone lady, anything can be happened just because of negligence of this person.
