My actual ticket cost is 999 & the cancellation charges even before 2 days is 499..It's very high

If you are doing cancellation charges immediately..Refund my amount also immediately is very high cancellation charge

They sent the message in my mobile that money will reflect in my account after 3- 5 working days .But still they din't refund the money. Almost 10-12 days gone .

On 22-March-16 I booked a ticket from Ahmedabad to Rajkot for 23-March-16. I paid through axis credit card. Payment was successful. I got payment successful email also. I got a call from Red bus and the travellers that the bus got cancelled. Red bus agent himself mentioned they will initiate ticket cancellation from their end on 27th March 2016. Till now I spoke with red bus customer care 6 times and they provide the same response wait for 1 day we will initiate the refund.

Today i. E 28/03/16 bulooking a ticket for asansol to kolkatta but ticket not confirmed &amount has been deducted i meam amount debited from my axis bank ac no [protected] rs 370 vide payment id no 99065324. Pl arrenge to refund of my amount as becouse i have already rebook a same seat 17 no. Of the same journey vide transaction ref no igobsmhyh7 for rs 320 from my another sb ac .

We have booked tickets from delhi to moradabad(Volvo) journey date 23.03.2016 & a vice versa journey dated 26.02.2016(Ac shatabdi) but regrets as both of the journeys results in pathetic experience faced by us.
