For travel from Hyderabad to Bhilai on 4th Jun I booked bus from Orange travels (using redBus). The bus broke down in between and we were asked to sit down roadside on highway for 3 hours in middle of night. After that we got a bus from Royal Travels but they asked us to pay again. They said we will be getting refund for the orange bus, so we will pay to royal bus. The bus did not start AC (even though it had an AC and my booking was for AC as well). I reached home late evening. I was supposed to reach home by 8 am. I lost the complete work day for which I lost my day salary.
Right now redBus customer support is ghosting me. They say they can't refund money and they have marked my complaint ticket as completed.
