Hi this is raheel i have booked ticket on 22 dec at durga travels through red bus app. I have cal to driver at 4pm on that day he told me there is a maintenance problem bus was cancelled. After 5mins i got a sms regarding bus cancellation. I have complaint to red bus customer care on 23 dec regarding refunding of amount, customer care executive assure me with in 24 hrs amount will be refund. I have waited for 3days still amount not refund, again have call to customer care regarding refund of amount he said me durga travels was not responding with in 24hrs amount wil be refund. Now red bus customer executive after 12days they are informing me there is no cancellation of bus on that day. How it is possible i got a sms from red bus there is a cancellation of bus. My complaint reference at red bus are : 2752076, 2704847, 2693342, and my ticket no. Tkdh39902874. I am not recevied any mail from red bus team resolving this issue. And with out informing my complaint have been closed every time. Please check the sms i am attaching regarding cancellation of bus at that time.
