Dear sir, i booked ticket pnr[protected] my schedule pick up was from zadeshwar, bharuch11.30pm, but the bus won't stop at zadeshwar and left without picking me up from flyover, i was waiting at that point for 2 hours, trying to contact at office and bus operator but no one answering my call. Need refund of my ticket money, kindly please take action and suggest me what to do. Also i registered one more complaint on the same day of losing my bus travel ref no-2650458. Also i am very upset because of red bus poor response on my complaint, need quick action upon the same issues.
