[Resolved] Redbus — Bus cancellation - No intimation/ No refund - Deficiency in Service | |||
Hello, Ref: Ticket no: TK[protected]/PNR no: 57079697 Deficiency in Service Please note that I booked a ticket from Ankleshwar to Nerul on 03/04/17 and was waiting at the boarding location at Ankleshwar on the night of 05/04/2017 for the bus. However, after waiting for hours, I came to know that the bus was cancelled. It was never communicated to me. Therefore, I had to (1) wait in midnight at a place not familiar to me for hours, (2)undergo mental agony and pain (3) find an alternate travel arrangement at a very high cost. This is a clear case of deficiency in service and negligence on their side and/or the bus operator’s side. I did not get any answer or refund from the bus operators or Redbus in spite of my communication through mails and phone. Thanks, BR Nair. Was this information helpful? | |||
