Hello,

Honestly I am not at all happy with your service. Here is the scenario:
I tried booking for Kallada travels from Bangalore to Cochin on Feb 03rd. My money was deducted but the ticket got failed to confirm. I then called your customer service personnel and she advised me to try again for the same bus, same seat. I checked with her again that if it is some service issue from your end or an issue with the bus operator, so that I dont have to lose money again. But she told me its some temporary glitch and I tried again. Unfortunately, my money was lost again.

I understand the amount (Rs. 812 + 812) will be credited back soon, hopefully.

Mishaps happen sometimes. I totally get it.

But the worst thing happened after my friend boarded the bus whom I booked the ticket for with SONA TRAVELS. The bus service was so poor. The bus quality was really bad, shaky and he was already a patient who was taking treatment for back pain. His health got worsened after the journey and had to get on bed for the next two days.

I already complained just after the journey started and redbus personnel told me that the bus/service can't be changed as the journey has already started. I am pretty sure you have received multiple complaints for the same bus on the same day. I was told that I would get a call back after I raised a complaint with you.

I believe that is just basic customer care manners that redbus team should learn ahead. Once you have a complaint registered, atleast you should show the responsibility to make a call back. It's been 3 days now and didn't yet get a call back.

And what difference would it make to me if the operator has promised to get the bus changed? I am damn sure wont be using his/your services again anyway.

Apologies wont serve it. Just let me know if there is a provision to get the amount for the ticket refunded. I seriously think I have to use better alternatives for ticket bookings in future.

    I had booked SRS Volvo A/C Multi Axle Sleeper(2+1) for my return journey from Goa to Bangalore on Saturday, December 31, 2016 but they had changed the bus to non ac sleeper sitter, next day when i called SRS travels regarding this i was told that they have already informed the Red Bus people to initiate the refund of difference amount which i have not received so far.

    Not even single response to any on my emails.

      Chennai to Bangalore 15th Jan MMK travels bus was cancelled without any notification...We did not get the refund as well...redBus and the travels did not provide the cancellation information prior to journey...

      Calling customer care, they said that they will check with operator and refund within week.Its been more than 3 weeks, no response.

      I had booked a ticket using my debit cars from bangalore to pune using redbus.in app, my card was debited but bus ticket was not issued later when i contacted the customer care they said it will be refunded in 7 bwds, but still it isnt refunded

        I was on a trip to Assam and planned to travel by road. Thus, ended up booking deluxe buses from Red Bus. The bus details are follows:
        1. 25th January 2017:
        Guwahati to Kaziranga : TIN TK2T4499238, PNR: 6YVEQPE, Trishul Transport Service. Bought two tickets for Rs. 624.
        Two hours prior to the journey, I received a bus cancellation message. Operator said that passenger has cancelled the tickets (while we did not). Red bus said that bus is not plying - due to mechanical problems bus has been cancelled. But the operator called in sometime and informed that come to the bus counter, buy hard tickets and bus is going. We paid him 800 for two tickets (same bus same seats)

        2. Kaziranga to Guwahati : TIN TK2U55572428
        PNR N6EXBUY, Anurag Travels. Bought two tickets for Rs. 624.

        Two hours prior to the journey, got a notification of bus cancellation.
        Operator informed- that buses do not ply on 26th January in Assam.
        Even when the bus operator knew that bus does not operate, the bookings were accepted for that date. For a person travelling from Delhi to Assam might not be aware of the Road transport situation in Assam.
        There was no other transport which was made available to us and we had a flight back to Delhi next morning. We were stuck at Kaziranga without any help from any corner.

        Customer care executives did not ever made us reach/speak with seniors at Red bus but just said "Sorry for the inconvenience." I made sure to read Red bus's T&C and was well aware that bus cancellation events are not Red Bus's responsibility but there is no coordination between Red bus and their operators. You people enjoy harassing customers in the name of ''Terms and Conditions."

        COMPLETELY FAKE SERVICES BY RED BUS. BOTH THE ABOVE BUSES HAD GIVEN WRONG CANCELLATION INFORMATION. NO TRANSPORT WAS MADE AVAILABLE on 26th JANUARY. There was no mechanical breakdown of bus. BUS OPERATOR CONFESSED. BUT The buses do not operate on 26th JAN. Why was our booking accepted?

        THE REFUND FOR BOTH THE BOOKINGS HAVE ALSO NOT BEEN RECEIVED.

          I had book the ticket for Rajkot to Ahmedabad for 02/01/2017 for bus ticket of Patel Tours & Travels via Red Bus with name Sangita K. Bhut, 47, Female for 5.30 A.M.
          I had paid Rs 457/- through Net Banking of HDFC Bank. Amount deducted from my Banl Account but error message of transaction failed appeared & I can;t get the ticket.

          Pl. do needful to refund for Rs 457/-
          I booked the Bus Ticket throgh Red Bus from Rajkot to Ahmedabad for the day of 02/01/2017 (Patel Tour & Travels as bus operator) & make the payment throgh HDFC Net banking.
          Against my complaint, frequent call from following Mobile number come to me & asking for Debit card detail, PAN detail, Date of birth etc. & frequently cut the conversation & again asking personnel detail from another mobile number. The list of all these number are as under.

            I have book the ticket in sea bird by using red bus app on[protected] at night, from hosur to chennai, but due to bad signal it is fully in loading stage, the amount is credited from account, it's my corporation bank ATM card, due to that I got a mail from support redbus (((Dear Customer,

              I am writing to you after great humiliation and no resolution from Redbus.

              This is regarding on my refund for the ticket payment TJCN98424964 and Ticket: Ticket number (TIN): TJDM32735244.

              I haven't receive my refund yet. The total refund amount is Rs.3007/-.

              I have made N' number of calls to red bus team and even in mails too. They are keep on saying, the refund has been done. I have checked with my bank. The amount is not reflected to my account.

              There is no reply for my all mails/

              Please look into this issue at the earliest.

                I have booked a ticket for Vizag to Guntur through red bus date of journey 21.01.2017 schedule dep 09:55. we were waiting for the bus but around 11 clock the agent informed that the bus was cancelled orally. Alternate bus is not arranged. prior information not given, Till now - 28.01.2017 refund is not recieved. When we are calling the customer care ..one department says we need to speak to bus caccellation department and when i call them they say you need to call customer care. moreover the bus cacellation dept says the bus was not cancelled. Further more they say they do not have the bus operator contact. the operator is KSR Travels Vijayawada. Having said the bus is cancelled by their agent on around 10:30 on 21st night the conversation of which is recorded by redbus and available with them now they are saying we need to get confirmation from operator as to whether the bus is cancelled or not.

                  Redbus is a white collar thief stealing people's money - don't need any more evidence than the number of refund complaints on this site.

                  Here is my case:
                  On 30 Dec 2016, I booked 2 tickets and paid Rs 3392.
                  The transaction failed but my money got debited.
                  When I called the customer service they arranged an alternate single ticket for Rs 1199 with a promise to refund the remaining Rs 2193.
                  Just before the journey the bus was cancelled. Later they refunded the Rs 1199. But the remaining Rs 2193 was never refunded. I have been calling multiple times and explaining the problem to every call operator -wasting hours and hours of my precious time.
                  They took my bank details to refund my money - but it was never paid.
                  People I spoke to in the customer services team : Naveen Reddy, Malhar, Team leaders - Shankar Dolli, Siddharth. In my last call on 26th Jan, Sidharth hung up my call.

                    I was going to book tickets online on 27 th but due to some issues got it book to 26 th Jan 2017as it just was for just 30 mins so they should be giving refund our money back n as our ticketcost was rs.999 n they gave us only rs56 as they should be giving us full payment back as we just had booked now so we should get our money back . This red bus should be sued I swear . This red bus sucks should be closed down forever

                          Redbus.in shall remove hopless busses like Patel T&T
                          It seems that Redbus.in acting as corporate company for booking bus tickets working for commission of 100Rs per ticket. It seems Redbus.in is not bothered what the end costumer is getting for high printed price of tickets. For example redbus.in has deactivated review of Patel Tours and travel so travelers cannot know what #### is going on under the name of redbus.in. It is only commission game to cheat traveler. Patel T&T never comes at time. reaches destination late by 5 to 6 hours. they will not drop you at point given in ticket. P T&T travel driver and cleaner are whole and sole of the bus. for gaining more passenger they will go to crowded areas in peak time and bus get delayed. and for dropping point they even are not bothered to travel for few kilometers and dropping in remote area. it is big problem for ladies traveling alone.
                          they have stops at each 25 to 50 kilometer. thief and bugler can easily enter in a bus where you are planning to take sleep. Driver and cleaner are not bothered about this as they are behind money. Patel T & T is hopeless and useless travel company redbus.in shall remove it urgently from there website.

                            On 18-january-2007 one sear revered from hyderabad to thirupathi through redbus app. But ticket not booked and amount rs.500/- deducted from my bank account. Message came it would be refund 2-3 working days but my money not refund till now. Please refund as early. Already complaint preveiosly. This is once again request my complaint. Due to some reason i have cancelled the ticket on[protected], but as per the redbus policy its been 7 working days still now i haven't received the cancellation money from banglalore to kodaikannal.                               I had book a ticket from guntur to hyderabad for kesineni bus at 19th night. Money has been debited from my account but ticket is not booked. This happened twice. Each ticket costs 490rs . Please refund my 490*2=980 rs. I have been calling customer care since night. But they are not answering the call. Hope you will solve the issue fast.

                                My father m.vijay Kumar for whom I had booked ticket in redBus from Hyderabad to Rajnandgaon in khanker travels PNR 82068727.Driver named Srinivas has left my father in d middle journey at unknown place while got down for washroom when called driver he did not lift the phone.Is this your services without responsibility of caring passengers.Very disappointing service from redBus who r providing such type of travels.my father aged 48 had to suffer in the cold weather at unknown place because of careless driver of khanker travels.if this is the situation I'm dissatisfied with redBus services and I wouldn't suggest any other to buy tickets on redBus because there is no safety and responsibility about their customers

                                  I Have booked 2 ticket from delhi to manali for 25 jan but due to some error/mistake i got tickets for today which is useless for me coz due to the illness of my brother and i already told them that my brother is admitted to hospital please refund my amount after deduct cancellation charges they said that we are helpless and you must have to travel today because bus operator does not allow us to refund. then i called to bus operator (Contact detailed already on messaged to me) then operator said if, you have problem to travel today you can cancel the ticket. we are agree but sir i am not getting any response from REDBUS.IN. I already make lots of request to their executives they neglect to hear me.
                                  Every one know that this is very unbearable to pay Rs. 2300 for free.
                                  So, You are requested please help me against this matter as soon as possible.

                                    I had booking from goa to banagalore on 4th Jan 2017, But bus cancelled on same date and time of departure.

                                    As per cancellation message, I suppose to get complete refund of my booking amount. But its been 20 days and still I am struggling to get my money back.

                                    I do have all their proofs like mail receipts and messages. Its been 20days and I am calling them after every 5 days. But they ask to wait for 24 hours and after 24 hours nothing happens. I am just tired of this thing now.

                                      I was trying to book the ticket from Hyderabad to Hospet for the date 25th Jan 2017; the amount was debited from my bank account and the ticket was not issued.
