I was arriving my boarding point I called bus operator before 1 hour bus boarding time he said bus is cancelled due to engine damage, I asked him my refund?

He said you will get 100% refund in 24hrs
(I record his call) ([protected]) operator number, that same day I chat with Redbeddy support- they also said your bus is cancelled (I take screenshot that chat)
Now I am calling daily redbus costumer care last 7 days nobody resolving my problem, my 4620rs stuck
Bus operator not receiveing my call and redbus costumer care,

Very bad experience with redbus
Plz refund my precious money 🙏

Finally REDBUS resolve my problem very kindly, My refund was pending last 7 days, I was disappoint But redbus beddy (Nithya B G ) solved my case and I got full 100% refund by redbus legitimate policy redbus cares all costumer and passengers Now I am being regular costumer of redbus trusted. Very very thankful ...
