The travels changed by seat no. without any information and same happened with other passengers too. My seat no in ticket was C and they changed it to I which was last second. They merged 2 different bus passengers into one. Kindly take serious action with Goyal Travels...

I want share my yesterday experiance of Redbus
I booked bus Apple travels from Ghatkopar (Mumbai ) to Dhamnod (Indore) on about 9:30 PM. I got the ticket confirmation on mail & whatsapp. Then i contact to the no given in confirmation massage, both no. Are switch off. (Amazing thing both Nos. Are still switch), at same time I mail & whatsapp to redbus & inform that both Contact no. Given by you are switch off but in response i recived...

Bus 3 hours delay at pick point and 5 hours delay at drop point

I was book a bus ride through redbus on 30/11/21 from Aburoad to delhi (22:40 to 10:15).
I have to catch the flight from Delhi Airport @ 14:00.
I was along with my wife reached at pickup location @ 21:00 hours.
I had call to the mobile no shown in message of my ticket and he replied that bus is ontime and will reach within given time.
Further he provides me driver contact no and I call to driver of my bus to know...

Fraud in Refund - cancellation

Please take a screenshot while cancelling any ticket in redbus. I cancelled a ticket the previous day. It clearly says the booked ticket has been cancelled. The bus was not full because it was off season. I got a call on the day of journey (according to the cancelled ticket) to board the bus. I told him that it was cancelled. Next day, when i checked my account there is no evidence of cancellation. I raised a complaint and i was asked to...

Refunding money

We had booked one ladies seat from bangalore to kumta on 14th April 2022 at 9:25 pm through redbus.com. pick up point was southend circle. When we called driver naveen he told due to traffic he ll be late for half an hour and told us to wait near clock tower in south end circle. After 10pm there was no call from driver. Cheating the money and no resolution from customer care

I have booked bus ticket for travelling from salem to Karaikudi (Kurunchi Travels Bangalore to Rameshwaram route) by Redbus ticket booking application for travelling on 14 April 2022 11 PM.They collected Rs.2308 towards the ticket.

On the day of departure, there is no tracking was available on the app, as well as unable to contact the bus driver no which is shared on the message from redbus operator...

Refund related

Sir,
i bokked 3 ticket from red bus online ( jaipur to rajsamand)as on 4th april, 2022, same day bus was cancelled and a person from travel agency said that refund amout will be credited to source within 7 days, but same still not credited to my account. And also contact number show in ticket not working.
Please help me.

Regarding my refund

Dear Sir,

I booked a car on 21st April, 2022 from Ahmedabad to Mount Abu (booking if 16505J2KVYZP) by paying advance of Rs. 702 as advance for booking. Immediately I cancelled after booking without wasting a single moment.

I was shocked to see Rs. 585 been cut and only 157 was refunded to me.

I want to mention following points:

1. While booking, it was no where mentioned that...

It is very disappointing to know that there are multiple changeover of buses during the journey. The fact that the passengers will have to change their bus after the mentioned changeover is irritating and very discomforting. I had booked a bus from nagpur to ahmedabad on 18 Apr 2022 for one of my relative. I have following grievances for the mentioned journey.

Redbus Journey not completed

We had booked bus ticket online.
Journey was scheduled for mumbai to mantha.
Bus operators did not reach the destination Mantha.
I have booked ticket for N T white House travels but at boarding point bus came with different name (maharaja travels). With more than one hour delay. They dropped me at near Jalna location.
And said another seating bus is coming, wait for that bus in 10 minutes. I waited there almost...

Paid Rs.2500 extra!

Price of tickets three times the normal ticket
