Hi Red bus team,

Kindly help to get complete reimbursement of amount that we had to pay Rs 3500 to hire a cab to travel back from Chandnapuri to Pune, as we could not be accommodated by bus driver and customer care team in any other bus and we had to hire a cab after discussion with bus driver and customer care team to travel back to Pune on 6th of May because of bus breakdown.

Despite multiple follow ups over customer care number only 1200 Rs is reimbursed I paid 3500 for cab charges, this is totally unauthentic and unjustifiable, Pls let me know way to escalate to high authorities /consumer court .

Its already more than 24 days now, every time when we call to customer care number they say wait for 48 hrs, and its keep on dragiing on and on. Totally upset .

Pls treat this very urgent request and do needful in the matter.

    This is inform you that we booked our tickets from gurugram (gurgaon) to Amritsar.
    They charged total 2052 rupees for simple 2 seater ticket. That is expensive to us cz this fare is similar to sleeper seat .so i want pls refund are left money.and charge only reasonable and true fair ..

      Cashback not received

      I booked a trip on redbus through Google pay and used a coupon code GPSAVE on 17 May. I won a cashback scratch card of 123/- and shows it will be credited to your account within 7 days but its been 12 days and not yet credited. It is still processing. And regarding the issue I tried contacting customer care and unable to connect to the executive...

      I have booked Reshma bus R-5 in Redbus journey date 28/05/22 bangalore to Padil. in red bus seat map seat no 10L, 11L. is in middle i booked that seat..when we commenced journey cleaner told 10L & 11L. is send row of last..is it redbus seat map right or wrong..how it is possible.

        I Debojit Sadhukhan booked 4 tickets with above mentioned ticked number but there was no bus provided there was no traveller in the above metion name and contact details provided was not correct, such huge dissapointing and harrassing situation, while contacting redbus contact to there was no response please do the need ful so that we could get the refund

          I booked the RS travel service from delhi to faizabad from red bus services, bus was about deprt at 9:05 pm from the boarding point akshardham as per my booking details.
          But operator told that bus will depart from mayur vihar extension (near ceown plaza, pillar no.132) without any written information.
          However bus reached at pillar 132 at 9:15 pm and they told it will start around 10:30 without any reason/breakdown, after requesting they start bus at 11:20 pm (2:15 hours delay from departure time)
          Due to this we are reaching our destination late, i complained 2 to 3 times to redbus customer care but no proper action has been taken by them/bus operator.
          Inspite of being delayed they were picking the passenger at every stop in lucknow and this bus is so called non stop bus.
          Again i discussed with redbus customer, they assured us that bus driver will not delay anywhere now and apoloizes with me.
          But again bus stopped at their stopping point for rest and the stoppage was about 20 min and the same was said by bus operator but now more than 45 min has been passed and there is no readiness of bus starting.
          They were late at boarding point because they were filling vacant seat offline in less rates.
          What the redbus is doing for their customers ???
          Online customers are paying higher rates for primo bus and expect timely departures and destination time but inspite of many complaints bus operator is running and stopping bus as per his comfortability and without care of passengers time, money, value.
          Even if ask to driver why delay, they are not talking in proper manner .
          We are booking redbus for getting insulted while asking question which is not as per rule ?
          Are we paying this much money because of this ??
          Is only saying sorry to customer is the policy of redbus ?
          Because if red bus is really taken care then bus operatorwould not be doing this in all journey.
          This is the worst service i have faced with redbus and more importantly we are not able to ask the operator and not able to request because of their rude behaviour.

              Hi Redbus

              Pl go through trail mail as I have booked ticket from Wardha to Pune on 26-5 and bus condition is not ok ..no Stepney available, tyre are failed to travel and break system also not in proper condition...

              Already my journey has been disturbed and delayed by 5 hr..I got report regarding this bus as it is already in worst condition and reached Nagpur from Pune by 5-6 hrs late from last two days...

              I want my refund and blacklist this bus

              Otherwise I will go to the consumer forum for my query..

                This is Dr. Kishore Kumar from Chennai. I travelled from Coimbatore to Chennai on 26/05/2022, 9:30 pm in A1 Travels bus number TN66AH6825. I had a shocking and very offensive experience with the conductor. Although I was on time to the boarding point, he refused to share the location and used abusive language stating me to cancel the ticket. After I boarded, on further argument, he attempted to physically abuse me. I would like to escalate this to a police complaint discussing with my lawyer. Kindly respond from your side.

                      Had pathetic experience travelling with Zing bus partner from Red Bus Pune. We had booked return ticket from Pune to Ahmedabad on 24th May 2022 with PNR no ZB[protected]. Faced multiple issues firstly there was no means to contact the conductor on mobile no [protected] as same was continuosly switched off. My senior citizen parents and my sister were travelling and they were getting delayed due to heavy traffic but somehow we rushed and reached the pick up point and boarded the bus. My parents are diabetic and post requesting the driver multiple times to stop the bus for urination he didn't stop the bus and for dinner too he stopped the bus at midnight 1 pm till then they were starving and couldn't take medicine. Our entire bag which had bedsheets and food items were kept at the back as we boarded the bus in hurry. We requested the conductor to please give the bag as it was extreme cold in the bus but he denied.My parents had to struggle entire night due to extreme cold and my father is suffering with high fever. Who will take responsibility? My parents and my sister had suffered a lot due to the driver and conductor rude attitude. This type of service was not expected from Red Bus and strict action has to be taken for harassing senior citizen customers else I will file legal complaint for harassment of senior citizen.

                          I have booked bus from Red bus app from Pallapatti to Chennai on[protected], but the bus has been cancelled ny the operator Swasti travels. I have initiated the refund of Rs. 1470/- said by Red bus app. But till now the amount has not been refunded. Also whenever I enquired the customer care they said it will be resolved in two days, two hours like that. But it has not happened. Merely one month has been over, but my amount has not been received . Kindly look into the issue and refund the amount.

                            I had booked ticket on redBus site on 14th May 2022 from Jammu to Amritsar for travel on same day with New Shivam Travles at 11:30 AM . Bus ticket PNR number 675TDJNZ.
                            Red bus did not share the bus number and shared only the operator number and no bus tracking was available.

                            I communicated with operator about my boarding location well in advance.
                            around 11:30 i started communicating with operator for the bus location, he had no updates on the bus and only the words like will let you know soon.

                            Later almost 45 minutes he said bus is not available you will have to make your own arrangements for the travels and will repay the booking amount.

                            I had tried communicating with Support on RedBus app for the entire situation but no help and there was also the same line "will get back to you."

                            Now its been more than 9 days there is no update on the refund from operator as well as redBus.

                            Please refund my money ASAP and stop looting people.

                              I have booked my 4 seats from Delhi to Mussoorie for a travel dated 22/05/2022. First of all at the last moment your service provider "India Tours and Travel" changed our booked seat. Bus conditions are pathetic. AC is not working at all, totally ineffective. If bus is mentioned as an AC vehicle then what is the usage of fans inside bus Costumer dealing is very poor. Behaviour of Attendant on bus is very poor. Atleast redbus have to conduct a survey for the service provider for their services and buses quality prior to add such useless service providers in their fleet.

                              In addition to above complaint, i forgot to mention that first the bus was cancelled, then seat schedule is changed. Poor hygiene inside bus. No curtains. Bus deck is not cleaned, rubbish material and sand is observed. Due to size limits, unable to attach more images.

                                  I booked ticket from Haldwani to Delhi 20th May 2022 @ 10pm (thru Royal Safari) by name of Vinit Pathri (Mob [protected])
                                  I was waiting at pickup point since 09:30pm (Hotel OK as mentioned in itinerary)

                                  I called up your Customer Care Executive named (Sidhu) who told me to wait their...i was their till 11:15pm around this time git connected with bus operator, he literally used Abusive Language and denied.to give the service)

                                  I need Refund,

                                  I need strict action against Bus operators as I checked review of same travel agency on gogle which are worst and Red Bus is approving them as on time and live tracking available (but ur executive told me on phone about No Live Tracking available, check in ur record since 10:30pm even no bus number was updated on Your portal as well.

                                    Today I have travelled from Bangalore to salem by bharathi bus. I never had these kind of drivers in my life. His behaviour was very very worst. And he dropped me 10km before my dropping point where no one is there, no auto, no buses . I struggled lot today . Please don't have these kind of bus service in red bus. It will impact redbus rating.

                                      I booked a bus from Mumbai to Mangalore on May 14, 2022. The travel date was May 15, 2002. I selected the boarding point as Ghatkoper (E) at 12:20 PM. I reached the location at the right time, and I contacted the person, and he told me that the bus was cancelled and they could only provide tickets for the next day's trip. I immediately messaged the RedBus complaint portal and they assured me they would check with the operator and issue a refund. And they also registered a complaint with complaint number 18514845. The Redbus team is now saying that the bus was not cancelled.
