[Resolved] Redbus — bus cancelled by the operator but amount not refunded even after 20 days | |
I have also experiencing the same problem. Booked ticket for aug 16 from bangalore to kozhikode. Received a message from bus operator kerala rtc that my bus got cancelled. I requested a refund through the redbus app on the very next day (Aug 17). I got a reply from their customer service (Ref no. 5017225) says they are working on it and will get back soon. Again i sent one more request on aug 21 and got the same reply (Ref no. 5070748) that they are working on it. No info thereafter. I called their customer service and got the same reply that they are working on it. It has been 20 days, they are still 'working on it' and not able to find a solution. Even more worst part is they are not giving any proper reply/info regarding this. I never thought that redbus has such a bad service. Was this information helpful? | |
