I was booked ticket to go from trivandrum to chennai on august 09 at 7.40pm, in uts travells. And i was book the ticket for this day on august 05. Around 2205 (For 2 people) was paid through net banking. Seat number was s16, s17.
But, its very sorry to say that, their service looks like irresponsible. Because, they called me and told that the was cancelled. This call was at 1.30pm and as i said my bus time was 7.40pm.
So this is to inform you that, please refund the payment cash. Kindly do needfull.
