I have booked ticket from akola to pune on 9/08/2018 and bus is cancelled by operator. When i complaint to red bus they said that money will be refunded within 72 hrs. But till date not rec'd the amount of rs 1430/-. Pls resolve my issue at the earliest. I have registered a complaint and received ref no as 4935481 mentioning that the issue will be resolved shortly. But till date the amount is not refunded. Please resolve the issue at the earliest.

    Red bus is a pathetic service and worst for any customer. Booked a bus yesterday from redbus.

    I booked a ac sleeper bus and the bus broke down in the middle of the highway. The delay is from 7.5 hours. The bus service after 7.5 hours arranged a tempo travel after promising a bus. I have no access to food or even other buses. When i contacted the service provider, i got a response that we can do absolutely anything. We will advise you yo go on your own and we will check and inform you after 24 hours. We do not provide alternative service and you can go on your own. The other providers (Paytm, make my trip) resolved the issue with the passenger and also made arrangements for refunds or alternative travel.
    I am currently travelling in a tempo service with no leg space anfld people adjusting by crouching on each others lap. This is not the only instance.
    Last time i booked a ticket to shirdi. The bus was running 30 mins late then the delay extended to 3.5 hours. When i continued to talk to service to cancel they redirected me to talk to the bus provider. The bus provider threatened md that don't travel or lose your money. When i confronted this to redbus they said, sorry we can't do anything. They have informed you about the delay and you have to wait.
    I stopped trusting this third rated, cheap and fraud company who keep disrespecting its customers. Shame on redbus.

    I tried booking bus from Coimbatore to thoothukudi on 21/08/1999. I booked a seat and then i gave the payment option through paytm. Redbus app showed that the transaction had failed, but then i got a message from my bank that 377 has been deducted from my account with reference no.12897968 . Kindly look into the matter and please refund my money.

      Hello,
      I booked my bus ticket by redbus on 1st august 2018 (Ticket number : tm8w46646522 from bangalore to coimbatore for dated 10th august 2018 that tckt amount was 861/- rs. And cancelled it on 6th august 2018, still i have not received that refund amount in my bank account. I need my refund money within 2 days.

      Here iam pasting the mail which i got from redbus after cancellation process.

      Yesterday (22.8.2018) we travelled in madurai Radha non AC sleeper 9.30 bus the bus didn't stop for rest room and when we asked in the morning about that the driver used abusing words.the driver is sekar and Mahendra.i need the driver to apologise or I will go to the cm.
      My travel time was 11.15 but was told tat bus is delayed by unknown time n i could see tat the bus supposed to artive at 9pm was not arrived even at 11pm.so i need refund of my booking amount

        Pune to ahmedabad 9th august 2018 kabra logistics bus was cancelled by the travels due to maharashtra bandh and no alternative was provided as i got this information through a call from kabra logistics, i again called the travels to confirm if the bus is cancelled and they confirm it and replied the refund will be automatically credited to my source of payment... I did not get the refund as it's been more than 2 weeks... Redbus didn't provide the cancellation information prior to journey... They are still unaware whether the bus was cancelled or not.

        Calling customer care, they said that they will check with operator and initiate refund in 24hrs. Its been more than 2weeks, no response.
        Every time i call i get the same response they said they will call to bus operator and confirm from them, they even charge for calling them neither they have a toll free number nor their call connected through free calling plans available in india.
        I am paying for my refund again and again. I wonder if i would pay more on calling customer care than what i get in refund. They should pay me my money which i wasted on calling their worst customer care as it is all their fault.

        Redbus has the worst customer care service i would ever experience through service organisations.

          This was the ticket provided by redbus last month for my family to travel. When i tried the boarding point number i came to know about the shocking truth that the bus provider has terminated the bus service before 2 months itself. I was shocked at first but called redbus hoping i would get a proper solution. But their lethargic reply was that they are just a platform to book tickets by using their platform doesn't promises a ticket as it depends upon the travel agency and they'll not provide any alternatives. They can arrange a refund (Which is not yet intiated)

          This reply came as a nightmare as i have to start that night itself. So i searched for other solutions which was travelling in pushback bus and that too paying a hefty price due to high demand.

          I share this news so that those who read will know the truth and requesting them to check with the operators first than believing #redbus promise of booked tickets as you may be duped as well by this so called online thieves.

            Please give my money return back. I have booked a ticket but it is failed money was deducted it cannot refund till now. It has been over 20days no one can respond my mail and my phone call I called red bus customer care but no one connect my call to person this is not a correct way I don't like this service. ticket money will not refund till now please help me how to get my money back.

              I booked a ticket to travel to hyderabad from jammalamadugu for the date 20 august 2018. I cancelled ticket on the date of journey for some reasons. I opted the refund to be credited to red bus wallet as they said refund to wallet is done instantly.
              But i dint receive any refund. I called customer care many times and they only tell every time that it is in process please wait. Every time i call the customer care, they for the full issue again and again but don't even raise a ticket on the issue.

                I want to inform you that yesterday i was traveling through a bus (Gj 14x 9886) which i got booked by redbus, actually the journey was around 600km nd within 100 kms, a bus got stopped cause of some technical problem, there are some guy from their side were saying that, it will get morning to repair the bus, or you better go your self, so i have to go in tempo, what i want is that my refund of ticket, so please kindly consider for the same, hoping to hear from you soon!

                  I tried recharging a friend's bsnl number through the redbus app today[protected] for rs.144/-. After the net banking procedure and the money being deducted from my account, i get notified that the recharging has failed. The same thing had happened earlier once by the end of july when i tried to recharge the same number with rs.139/-. I want this matter to be looked into and would like to get a refund on the above occasions.

                      I booked a ticket for two passengers for journey from Hyderabad to Bangalore from Green Line Travels and Holiday. Date of journey is 24 Aug 18. I tried to cancel my tickets today (that is, on 23 Aug ). However, redbus customer care informs me that my ticket cannot be cancelled.The website did not display his information at the time of booking. Cancellation policy visible at the time of booking listed out some percentage of cancellation charges depending on the time of cancellation vis-a-vis journey date. I demand to have REFUND OF MY MONEY as the website failed to give me correct information at the time of booking which amounts to FRAUD through MISLEADING INFORMATION on a public forum.

                        My registered mobile number is 70******74. I had booked bus from mysore to kottayam, journey date 15th august. But I got a message from bus operator stating below,
                        "PNR K5940427 Tripcode 1730MSETVM From MSE To KTM on 15/08/2018 cancelled. Regret for the inconvenience. Please cancel ticket for refund."

                        Also I had booked return ticket from the number 74******95, place: kottayam to Mysore, journey date 16th august . But I got the bus cancellation message from bus operator as mentioned below,
                        "PNR K5940589 Tripcode 1900TVMMSE From KTM To MSE on 16/08/2018 cancelled. Regret for the inconvenience. Please cancel ticket for refund."

                        When I checked with customer care of redbus, they suggested me not to cancel ticket, and will be getting a revert mail. will initiate refund from our end only. Suggested me to wait till another 48hrs, and end of the day.. Iam getting the same answer from more than a week.. But till now, i haven't got any mail or refund. So I requesting you to kindly do the needful as early as possible.

                          My name is rahul a dsouza. I had booked a ticket on 9th august for a journey from bangalore to mangalore on 17th august in sri adinateshwara roadlines at a cost of rs 850.00 through tez upi, for the passenger named sachin vas. Your customer support has been useless and has been just beating around the bush. Even though i have given all the bank details and transaction details, you have not addressed my issue. Everytime i call, you tell me that my issue will be resolved by the end of the day. I wonder when that end of day will come. It's sad to know that red bus has a terrible customer support, especially being good bus booking app. I will look for other means henceforth if my issue isn't resolved.                               I had cancelled a trip from bangalore to dandeli on 10th august 2018 that i supposed to travel on 11th and return on 13th but, till today i haven't recieved any refund amount which was promised i would get within 4 to 5 businesss days and when i call the customer support the automated thing is not working whenever i press the numbers, its been two weeks please help

                                Hi,

                                I booked a ticket yesterday using redbus and travels name is hkb travles. On the travel day i got message saying seat number and service number change and boarding time is 9 30 pm. Exactly at 9 30 pm again one more message received saying bus one hour late. And provided driver number in the message is switched off. So i called to office at 10 30 and he said one more hour late. Till that time how lady passengers will wait? And also i asked them whether will bus come for sure or not because i have to check another option other wise i will be in trouble. They said it will come. Again after 25 mins i called no one is picking up the call and traid 4 more times. One person picked up and he is also passenger and saying no body is here madam they are playing games with passengers.

                                My request is if there is any delay or any problem with bus then please inform passengers with correct information because lady passengers who are travelling alone will be in trouble if they do not respond and tell that situation.

                                Any way again i requested other travels so he he provided seat for me as i am girl. I want to file complaint about this can some one help me how to approach?

                                I am trying to cancel my hotel booking for last 2 days. That customer care lady is not telling clearly. Red hotel is not responding properly. During flood how can we travel Kerala. Stills 24 hours to check in hotel but their policy is not able to do cancellation. 1050 they are not refunding.

                                    cash back offers not received on booking the bus ticket

                                    I, ve booked the ticket using cashback offer coupon,
                                    & it was showing that the amount will be refunded to your account.
                                    But nothing has been refunded in my account & its not even showing in my redbus wallet.

                                    I booked my bus ticket by redbus on 9 august 2018 (Ticket number (Tin):933b2ve8 from pune to chhindwara for dated that tckt amount was 1050/- rs. And bus was cancelled on 9 august 2018 by travels itself. Due to maharashtra band

                                    But my problem is that still i have not received that refund amount in my bank account i will return that amount within 5 days (For your reference i am forwarding your mail with this mail).

                                    Why they are not refunding my cancellation amount and my request is to please refund my money. Please give me response as soon as possible.

                                    I am very much frustrated from redbus .They are not solving problem and travels who are colobrate from them.they are also showing irresponsible behaviour.
                                    I cancelled the ticket about ten days ago still i didnt get the refund money bloody [censored]ing redbus...

                                      bus journey details like bus number and phone no are not sent

                                      Due to neglency in sending the bus & driver details due to which i missed my bus. I did not even get the message details about the bus journey. I got only pickup point and timing. Even red bus customar care operator also least bothered about their customer. I lost money, time. Its journey from bangalore to hospet. And booked online tickets through red bus app for travel on 17-aug-2018. Need refund of money....
