[Resolved]  Redbus — bus ticket

Am balaji,

I book a ticket chengalpattu to karur in red bus app. Travels name is kpn. Ticket cost is 1155 inr. I paid by online transaction. Ticket confirmation i received (Ticket). Boarding time is 2.00 pm. Boarding point kpn office chengalpattu bypass near iyyappan koil.

I reached the boarding point at 1.30pm and wait for the bus. I tracked the bus by live tracking. Its says 17 mins delay at 2.00 pm. I wait for the bus. After that again i checked at 2.20 pm, the bus crossed the boarding point. I try to contact the bus operator they not pick up and it's says not reachable.

After that i contact the redbus customer care. My preferred language is tamil. I selected that. I wait around 7 mins. After that they attending and ask in english. I forgot that person name. That person can't understand tamil. After i spoke in english she understand and say wait for some time in line. Again i wait. After she come and say the bus operator will contact you and the bus will come in few mins. Again i wait

Now the time is 3.59 pm. Still no one contact me.

Pls approve this as a compliant and i need the full money of i paid. Cancel the bus service.

My son newly born. I want to see him. But still am here. Pls help me...

5.30 pm one person contact me from redbus. I was share once again about the issue. She said sorry for the inconveniences and I will check with bus operator. After that I communicate to you.

I don't know what happened in REDBUS customer service. Still no one contacted me.

Now the time is 12.39 am. Just now I reached my home by govt. Buses. I changed 5 buses to come home. It's all happened irresponsible of REDBUS and KPN travels.

I have booked a ticket from Dilgaon Raja to Pune Shivshahi. This bus is completely dirty. Are you just sitting down to pay?
You take payment but customer service does not provide good.
