[Resolved]  Redbus — bus ticket cancellation not allowing

Hi Sir,
I booked two ticket in Redbus from Trivandrum to Bangalore on travel date 23-May-2019 (Magical Express). My scheduled program was cancelled and tried to cancel the ticket online via redbus website as well as app and the ticket is unable to cancel. In ticket it is clearly mentioned that cancellation is allowed before the departure time. Moreover, I have discussed with bus operator magical express staff over phone and advised to discuss with redbus. Iam requesting to cancel my ticket and refund the money after your cancellation charges.

In my ticket, mentioned that cancellation can do till Till 07:45 PM on 23rd May 2019. Still I am unable to cancel the ticket as well as customer support team informed that cancellation is not allowed.
Please cancel my ticket at the earliest and refund the money.

Hi Team redBus,

I tired to initiate cancellation on 24 hours before bus departure time. Also even I approached bus operators and confirmed that cancellation is allowed and redbus only can cancel and refund. Even I tried various ways to cancel this ticket before 24 hours of journey via your mobile application as well as website and make call to your customer support number ([protected]). All the cancellation methods were failed. Kindly understand that It was not my fault, if the cancellation window is not working or it become expired. Please check with your bus operator and refund the amount.
