Redbus — Bus was delayed and refund not possible
I had booked ticket (ticket no:TQ3U[protected]through redbus(RKT tours and travels), travel date on 27th February at 1:45am from Kallakurichi tollgate to Chennai airport (seat LA2, LA3), around 12midnight I have called bus operator([protected]) to confirm my bus schedule and they have said that the bus was delayed for 1hour and I got very shocked because my flight time was early morning at 7am, we have requested operator to give us the alternative bus to Airport unfortunately there is no other option as per them, then I told them we are talking cab to Chennai so kindly refund our ticket money and they said ok, again we had called the same person to ask how to get refund and the gentleman said call customer care and we had tried to call but no one answer because it's already midnight, again we had called ([protected]) and he said 100% you will get your fund tomorrow and I asked how they will know that I didn't travel and the gentleman mentioned that if there is no passenger in the seat we will put as non board and you will get your refund, next day 28th February we are trying to contact customer care couldn't connect, around 9pm our call have been connected to customer care (Mr.azer )today (28th Feb)I received call from customer care saying that cannot refund because the bus was delayed for just 30minutes .
My question was why the operator didn't inform us for delay also now the way explain us that we lieing.
