    GSRTC: PNR:G39710793, DOJ:01/03/2021, Pickup Point:AHMEDABAD ISCON, GJ-07-YZ-6132..as i booked a GSRTC bus from Ahemdabad to dhrangadhra..5:30 a.m on 01/03/2021..n pickup point as isckon..The bus staff didn't picked me up from there and when I called them was giving wrong information that about to reach and then after 10 minutes when I called, said have left long ago.. pathetic behaviour..no at all acceptable..highly disappointed..I want my money back.

      I booked my bus ticket by REDBUS on 17 FEBRUARY 2021(Ticket number (TIN): TQ3K35566565 from Bengaluru to Hospet for dated 01 MARCH 2021 that tckt amount was 1200/- Rs. and cancelled it on 25 FEBRUARY( refund reference number is 30005110481048116185865. )

      But my problem is that I recieved the mail that the claim amount has been refunded. But still i have not received that refund amount in my bank account as my DEBIT CARD WAS BLOCKED DURING THE TIME I RECIEVED YOUR MAIL. Now I have recieved and activated another debit card for my same bank account. How can I recieve the refund amount.

        Sir,
        I want to take your kind attention about inconvenience happens to me and my family.

        I, abhinav raj have booked qty-02 ticket from red bus for the journey from gurugram to amritsar on date 19 feb 2021 .I was waiting at rajiv chowk (boarding point) with my family and child and lots of peferable lagguage .I have booked auto rockshaw for reaching boarding points before half an hours before but there is no bus seen at boarding points.I am very surprised to see this and called to red bus operator, after many attempt, operator receive the call and told about bus cancellation.They cannot cancel the bus on the same day if cancelled they have to provide another bus but they donot do the same .
        For this journey, I have taken leave, which waste my number of leave day beacause leave is limited in my profession and not got leave easily so it is not only wasted my leave day but also loss of money and allowance of whole leave duartion.I was mentally depressed after hearing about bus cancellation and not completeing about my trip to amritsar .
        So i want to also claim Rs 50000/- as compesnsation for all my loss and mentally harrasement of sudden trip cancellation .
        You are requested to take matter as sympathetically and claim my compensation as earliest.

          We have booked 12 tickets from Kasol to delhi on 23 February. The bus was from Kasol but we were told to board from bhuntar, afterwards we weren't provided the same seats we have booked and we also not provided the same bus we have booked.

              I tried to book online bus ticket on 24th February 2021 on Arsh bus from Ranchi to Garhwa .An amount of Rs 640 was deducted but the ticket was not booked.

                Have booked a ticket in the name of Anisha C. M on 07/02/21 for the journey on 09/02/21from Kumily to Bangalore through SETC. But the first time they deducted the amount but ticket is not confirmed. Again 2nd time i booked that is confirmed and i paid again Rs 680.But the first time they deducted that amount was not refunded to me till today. I have booked through [protected] phone number. The payment i have done it through google pay. I contacted to redbus toll free number they informed that the amount which they have debited first time that will be refunded with in 7 days. But till today i didt received the same. You can contact me in the following number [protected]. Kindly look in to the matter immediately and try to solve the problem

                  I had booked bus ticket in SETC through your red bus app on[protected].I had cancelled the ticket on[protected] morning.I got the message that an amount of Rs131.25 was refunded to the same source of credit ( Vijaya Bank Debit card - Now it is bank of Baroda).But till date the was not credited in my bank account.I have send so many messages but I had received very poor response only.Kindly take necessary steps to refund my amount. Or send me transaction particulars so that I can contact my bank and let me know the position.Kindly do the needful at the earliest please.

                    I had 5 Tickets booked from Mithapur to Ahmedabad for traveling on Feb 21, 2020 at 7:55 PM in Paavan Travels. The bus operator didn't even cared to call me once when I couldn't reach bus pick up point in time. I had to catch up with the bus taking private vehicle that caused me extra charges. Totally dissatisfied with services of booking agent of Paavan Travels in Mithapur.

                      I shared my issue to Red bus customer care executive .
                      She refused to refund amount Rs.600, which I spent for wrong dropping point by prassanna purple's driver even full amount paid by me ie start to end Rs.1700/person Total Rs.3400.

                      Total west of time and money.
                      After this I will never book any tickets from redbus.
                      Worst service you are providing.

                        I have book a ticket No TQ3N60249870 from pune to jodhpur on date 20 February 2021, through Red bus and Bus is MR Traval.
                        My Pick point was Nashik phata, at 16:50.pm at Ishwar Travels, I reached at Ishwar traval at 16:00pm and same informed bus driver at 16:10.
                        I waited till 17 :00 pm, but bus didn't reach at pick up point and driver didn't called me.
                        So I called to bus driver and he replied you need to come at wakad pick point.
                        Within 15Miniuts.
                        How is possible to reach from Nashik phata to wakad by auto.
                        Finally I hired an auto from Nashik phata to wakhad sani mandir and paid rs 250 charges.
                        M.R. traval staff behavior was very baad and he abused us.
                        I wil file a complain aganit the MR bus operater. In consumer foram.
                        This type bus operater to to block by Red bus.

                                The tickets got confirmed.

                                But on 15.02.2021, I cancelled the tickets and the company said that the refund of Rs. 3360. 20 will be credited back on my account.
                                Later the company emailed that the refund is credited on my account.
                                Your refund of ₹ 3360.20 against your cancelled ticket from Amravati to Pune on[protected] against Ticket no TQ3E47032270 through Prasanna Purple Grand, has been successfully credited back to you.
                                But when I checked my account, no such amount was refunded.
                                When I tried to reach out the company, there was no such provision for such type of complaint.
                                Please help me out for gaining the refunded amount back.

                                      I have booked a ticket for 16 Feb 2021 accidentally and unable to cancel it.. Also talked with the customer support they mentioned me as per policy they cnt refund.. Neither I was reschedule that ticket nor cncl it.. This is ridiculous
