Redbus — Cancellation of bus ticket-reg

Sir/Mam,
I bring to your kind information that I booked my ticket from Delhi to Nana Chiloda on[protected] after 6:15 P. M. The Bus Operator was Ravina Travels (Regd). But due to unavoidable circumstances, I tried to cancel my ticket immediately.. As per your cancellation policy the passenger can not cancel the ticket after 6:15 PM.in my case, I booked my ticket after 6;15P. M. with ticket no TU6G41703184, PNR NO-320143. The bus operator told me to contact REDBUS while the Redbus told me to contact the bus operator.in this regard, I kindly request to refund the amount of Rs.1263.94 which I paid but did not travel on[protected].
