I need the refund of my ticket for cancellation, red bus website is not working properly

I have booked the tickets for my travel on 20th May 2025. The tickets are delivered to my phone number. Because of some weather condition I tried to cancel the tickets but everytime I tried to cancel the tickets the redbus is showing the different error message. I tried to contact their customer care but they are not available anywhere. There is no any proper support from the customer care as it is chatbot.

Date of incident: 20th May 2025

In continuation with this the redbus is also not supporting me to cancel my future tickets.
